I want to have card

I want to have card. But need to pay $60 and i cant deposit. The first card i ordered not delivered even i use active address and contact #. How to be sure that i can get another card and delivered . I need help 😭

Long time using cosmo and my verdict is

So far it has been very helpful, registration is easy, it is just having the documentation up to date and it will be simple, the only thing is that the mobile app does not work well, but through the browser it is very easy to enter and manage the money, the rates are low compared to the competition and fast times. 100% recommended

There’s no need for transfer charges to be that expensive!!

Using the service in the UK, the transfer charges are ridiculously expensive!! £80 to transfer from secondary bank to my personal bank account!! I get paid off a site then they take a cut, I send it to cosmo from the site and they take a cut, I send it from cosmo to my bank and they take a cut…. I’M LEFT WITH NOT A LOT.

Hello Evan, the only fee Cosmo charged in this process is 5.00 USD for your bank transfer. All other fees mentioned derive from the payer or the bank. Please email us at support@cosmopayment.com so we can look into any discrepancy. We also encourage use of the card which has no fee.

What i Don t like is that

What i Don t like is that: always u must pay DHL to have your physically card when is expired
Never come with 5 dolars fee ...only with 70 dolars fee with DHL
Is not first time when this happend to me ...my name and my address was ok all the time .

Not too bad but not great either

Horror! Money transferred from the wallet to the balance within the system disappeared. They don't return the money, they don't try to solve it somehow. At first they wrote that I should wait, their team is sorting it out. A month has passed and now they don't answer at all. Extremely unprofessional payment system.I'm sure they write good reviews themselves.
Addition: a month later the money was returned to my account, but it was an unpleasant incident.

After more than a year of use, I say: 100% reliable

I give them the highest possible rating. After being a customer for a year and having some issues, I decided to wait before writing this review. In summary, Cosmo Payment is a reliable company and one of the few that offers accounts to users that other banks do not consider eligible. I can say with complete confidence that your funds are protected.

I used this bank to receive payments from providers and make all my purchases with the debit card until Mastercard suddenly decided to block Argentina and no longer offer its services to residents of this country. I was completely affected, with all my funds in the account and unable to use the card. At that moment, I feared the worst, that I would lose all my savings, but Cosmo Payment always tried to reassure me and responded to my inquiries every day.

I couldn't withdraw the money due to not having a foreign bank account, and they kept my money in the account for almost a year without touching it, assuring me that my funds were safe, while asking if I had the possibility of opening another account. After some time, I was able to open a new account, and they transferred the money to this account. This company truly earned my trust, as things could have gone very wrong, but they didn't. Initially, I was uncomfortable, but then I understood that it wasn't their fault and they were always willing to help in every way possible. Their customer service is composed of real people, not AI, which is another plus.

The platform might not be the best, it's a bit basic and lacks Apple Pay/Google Pay options (hopefully, they will add these soon), but the trust and security they provide are worth more than anything. I sincerely thank this company for their excellent service.

These guys are terrible

These guys are terrible. Now that Mastercard has interrupted their business with them, they're worse. Customer support is useless. They don't even try to understand your problem, only default to forwarding you automated messages. Their "alternatives" for payout sound okay, but they're impossible, in the end.

That said, they'll also change your card without your permission, so if you're in the process of getting a refund, you'll lose your money. Don't use them if you have options.

The only way your card will be changed without permission is if your card was used at a merchant in which Visa or Mastercard deemed fraudulent, and you can still get the refund in that case - nobody has ever lost a penny using our service, please reach out to us by email so we can assist you further.

Worst I've ever dealt with in my life

Waiting over a year almost 2 now to get my payment waiting over 6 months to get ny now 3rd card sent out.
I don't have utilities or a bank in my name so I can't verify my account eventhough it was previously verified b4 needing to reorder my card I travel for work so i stay in airbnbs. I use cashapp which they don't count as s real bank evrnthough it has all the qualifying information thry require: name, address, date. Only other option they provide is to take a utility bill not in my name to a notary (costs) and have them notarized it and show I live at the address.. not stated on original platform that allowed me to cashout via cosmo and it was 30$ to order a card from cosmo that like I've stated I haven't recieved in 6 months now. Also comes with no tracking edit go response: I have emails specifically saying otherwise and no I paid for the original card to be shipped was more than 12$ you guys said I need a bill or bank statement to verify my account.

Hello Destiny Wilson, I can confirm our cards and bank transfers are working in Council Bluffs USA without issue. Unfortunately we cannot circumvent the rules of our regulator, and only require a very simple document to get your account approved, and official statement stating your name, address and the date. That being said, we did offer you the card free of charge, which only costs 12.95 USD. If you wanted tracking we offer DHL service at cost price. We can also reverse your funds to Onlyfans if youd like.

Anything but cosmo

I’m telling you with my whole heart these people have stolen money from me so many times I couldn’t count and they will either gaslight or ignore you if you try and ask about it. I have no choice but to use their service but il trying hard to find a work around as it’s unfortunately been years. They have consistently had bad customer service and the company just seems messy and inconsistent. Almost all their recent replies on twitter are people having issues with them, please take a look.
