I ordered a Green Ranger cosplay from them with Custom Sizing. The Boots and Dragon Shield don't fit, when I emailed them about it they told me that I didn't add my calf or shoulder measurements but the website didn't ask for those measurements so how was I supposed to know? They told me to order new pieces but I shouldn't have to buy these things again, I already paid for the suit and I expected it to fit right the first time.
I am in the process of hopefully getting this fixed and will adjust my review to reflect the outcome.

Update: The company is now ignoring my emails.

I am very aggravated with the customer service. I ordered my “CUSTOM FIT” costume in August/September and when I received it it didn’t fit! I can BARELY get it on and I Can’t sit down or raise my arms!! When I asked about a refund or new suit they accused me of not providing enough measurement and asked me to purchase a new suit at a discount?! No way! I paid extra for a custom fit costume and expect to receive what I paid for. I’m attempting to follow up with them, but it’s now January and their last respond was early December. I’ve reemailed twice and still haven’t gotten a response. I had high hopes for a company with so many good reviews, but the service is unreliable. I wish they would respond as I hoped to order more from them, but probably not if I don’t get a response.

I just ordered a zuko cosplay and havent gotten an email confirmation for it and im confused and I even emailed about it and got no response. It even says on my card that I purchased it.

I ordered a custom made costume and it misses a few details in the workout (gloves little too big and laces should be both sides designed so that when they turn around, design stil matches)

For the rest I am super happy with it.
Once shipped it came from China to Europe in 5 days. So really faast.

I got the cos custom made and i was not disappointed by the quality of the costume!! Her sleeves, belt and long back pieces all had gold that reflected wonderfully in photos, the tail was really soft and sturdy too!! The fabric felt like a good quality one instead of cheap too which means itll most likely last quite a few wears! The ears are a little tricky and kind of flimsy but positioning can solve that no problem! All in all, a wonderful cosplay and worth every cent!

ordered my jushin thunder liger costume and had it custom sized. gave my measurements. 3 weeks later i recieve it and it dont fit.. chest is too small and i barley got it over my belly.

they had the nerve to tell me that i diddnt give them my belly size ( which isnt one of the measurements they asked for and told my the chest size is coreect... its already fallling apart now im asking for a full refund and dont wanna deal with them anymore.. this sucks

it was the first time for me to buy cosplay costume from cosmanles.I love captain marvel,so i chose costume of this role.I was ever worried about quality.But it was amazing when receiving it.Good quality and beautiful design!

Finally, I decided to buy batman costume on second thought.In fact,it was also my first time to choose cosplay costume.I am a loyal DC fan.So I have strictly require for cosplay costume.But when I received them,I was so satisfied with the quality of costume. Especially abdominal design because it makes me look strong.I like this silver belt too. I'm so glad to realize my dream today.

I just want to tell you how disappointed and angry I am at your service. My boyfriend ordered a Geralt cosplay three weeks ago and now you tell him there's no fabric until Halloween, when he needs to costume for a convention in a week's time. How absolutely appalling of you to say the costume would be delivered this week and that you have already made the costume, and then say that you can't make it due to lack of fabric? Seriously? How do you get away with treating customers so bad?

The Spider-Man custome is Awesome.
Is like the movie suit, and It fits so perfect, The mask is the best i´ve even seen because u can see perfectly through those eyes and is comfortable. The cloth is 10/10 quality for real and it takes just a week to delivery in Spain, So fast. Im so happy with the costume and would buy again without doubt

I cannot say enough how amazing CosManles was to work with. They provided my Girlfriends Gamora Vol.2 costume a few months back and the attention to detail and customer service we received was phenomenal. I just got their Netflix Daredevil costume and I was blown away by the work put into it. The material and colors were great and the stitch work was top notch. I had some minor sizing issues to fix but that is almost always an issue for me no matter what Im buying. I cannot wait to get another suit from this vendor as, to me, they stand miles above the other cosplay slingers.
