Never again!!

I am absolutely disappointed with this shop. I was sent a completely wrong product. Mistakes can happen, but the way I was treated afterward is unacceptable.The customer service is an absolute nightmare. They deliberately make it as complicated as possible for customers to return items. The return process is confusing and difficult, which is not mentioned anywhere on their website before you buy. It feels like they intentionally create these hurdles so customers give up and get stuck with the wrong items or the costs.I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from Coshen. They have zero respect for their customers.

To clarify for anyone reading this: You were not sent a "completely wrong product." You received the exact 3D-knit seamless carrier you ordered. The only variation was a minor, purely cosmetic shift in the placement of the sewn brand label due to standard production batches at our manufacturing facility. The product's material, safety, and functionality were 100% identical to our website descriptions.

Regarding our customer service and return process: We responded to your messages promptly and politely. We immediately confirmed your right to return the unused item for a full refund. Our international return policy is standard and fully transparent on our website prior to purchase: returns are sent to our facility in Turkey, and the buyer covers the return shipping costs.

As a brand, we deeply value customer satisfaction. This is why we proactively upgraded your order to International Express Shipping at our own expense—without charging you any extra fees—just so it would arrive faster. However, we cannot bypass our standard, publicly stated return policies simply because a customer refuses to cover the return shipping for a product that structurally and functionally matches their exact order.

We have maintained a professional and respectful stance throughout this process, and we remain committed to transparency and high-quality standards for all our customers.

Misleading Return Policy

The Coshen seamless 3D knit baby & toddler carrier was not suitable for us. The straps were too long, and the stretchy mesh material felt too wobbly and insecure for my active 11-month-old.

The bigger issue was the return process. The website advertises a “30-Day Risk-Free Trial”, “Full Refund”, and “Hassle-Free” returns. However, after requesting a return, I was informed that I had to send the carrier back to Turkey via UPS or FedEx, with all customs duties and taxes prepaid by me. They also stated that packages would be rejected if customs charges were not fully prepaid.

This information was not clearly visible on the product page where the easy and risk-free return policy is advertised. The return shipping alone was quoted at around £36 on a £71 purchase, plus potential customs costs.

Very disappointing experience and not what I expected from a “risk-free” purchase.

Regarding your experience with the carrier, it is important to note that our toddler carrier is explicitly designed to require one-hand support at all times. It is not a hands-free product. When used correctly as instructed, the 3D seamless knit provides a secure and comfortable fit for an 11-month-old.

Furthermore, our return and refund policies—including the buyer's responsibility for international return shipping and customs to our manufacturing facility in Turkey—are transparently stated on our website. Every customer explicitly agrees to these exact terms at checkout prior to completing their purchase.

As a brand that is incredibly proud to offer our internationally patented technology, we stand firmly behind our quality and our clear guidelines. It is highly disappointing to encounter what appears to be a deliberate attempt to damage our reputation with a misleading grievance regarding clearly stated policies right during our launch week. We will not allow malicious smear campaigns to overshadow our hard work.

We will continue to serve our genuine community with the utmost transparency, dedication, and care.
