We ordered some mats for our walkways and pens for our cows. They were delivered promptly but because of the time of year we left the pallet to be used when we set up for winter. Upon opening we found that one had split in two. With the help of Deanna she managed to source a replacement which we were incredibly grateful for as we were outside of the normal 7 day return period.

This incredibly kind gesture demonstrates that the company clearly value their customers and we'll certainly be looking at Coruba again when we need to order more items.

I ordered 4m of grippy top rubber matting for a horsebox ramp. Unfortunately i was one of the unlucky ones and recieved 398cm (cut wonky both ends so once squared up only 395cm was useable) instead of the 400cm I ordered. It does clearly state on the website there can be a 10% deficit in size but I stupidly didn't think that would be 10%under. So... if you need 4 metres you have to order 5 AS YOU MIGHT NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!
The price was fairly good compared to other companys, however as I had to buy a new wider trim for the top and bottom of ramp to compensate for the smaller rubber it would have been A LOT cheaper to go elsewhere.

On the positive side the matting is great quality and Alexandra was great in informing me the item was out of stock so there would be a small wait.

What a superb company to do business with, Alexandra is professional with an attention to detail which is a credit to her. There was a slight discrepancy in the product she quoted for and what was going to be delivered, she emailed to check if this was ok before it was dispatched. Ordered Thursday, delivered Tuesday, ( Bank holiday weekend). Many thanks PJS Landscapes.

I ordered two mats and paid through PayPal, this inadvertently provided Coruba with an old email address I rarely check. The mats I ordered turned out to be out of stock so Alexandra sent me an email telling me so that I did not pick up.

It would have been easy enough for her to leave things there as it's 100% a me problem. However she chased with emails and phone calls until I responded, at which point she informed me of a cheaper alternative that was in stock. I opted for the alternatives which arrived less than 24 hours later and they are top quality!

I was really pleased with this rubber matting. Needed for laying on carpet to stand my mobility scooter on. Just the right thickness and I chose a fine lined pattern which made it very easy to cut width to size.

I ordered grass mats for the entrance/gateway to my horses' field. My friend already has them, and also stable mats, which is why I decided to get them too. Excellent product, does exactly what it says on the tin. Reasonably priced. Very quick delivery. I would order again from Coruba. Thank you.

Items promised 1-2 days after order. Royal mail tried to deliver Tuesday.
I stated on special requirements; Leave at back door if no one in.
I work full time 07.00 to 16.00 and the local sorting office in only open 12.00 to 14.00 mon to fri and 08.00 to 12.00 sat. So I cant get my items until Saturday.

My order was accepted totalling £41 including delivery when I was emailed stating that due to my postcode ( still mainland UK) I would be charged an additional £38:50 plus VAT for delivery... how did I wish to proceed? Before replying, and on the same date as order, the money was withdrawn from my Paypal account. The product seemed to be exactly what I wanted... but not at any price! Cancelled order and refunded .. but disappointed all accepted without hidden charges being clear.

Good company. My rubber matting arrived quickly, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them or to recommend them.
