The team at Corewellness/Transform are very professional. I am 72 and was aware I was losing my stability and core strength. After a review, Transform put me on a training program that restored both of these. It was not too arduous and after 4 months of attending the gym once a week I can once again go about my daily life and activities with confidence.

I have arthritis in my spine which affects my neck badly. Having taken advice from Dr Joe I entered into the 12 week Core Wellness programme. Through the many adjustments that Dr Joe and Dr Mike have done and many massages by Robyn, plus the posture adjustments my neck and shoulder are very greatly improved in less than six weeks. The objective would be to get me in a much better lifestyle position which should improve my health dramatically, plus manage my spine so that it will prevent any further degeneration.

I have now been coming to CWC for almost 3 months. It has honestly changed my life. Dr Joe is the most knowledgeable down to earth guy who is an absolute expert in his field. My chronic back and joint pain is gone. CWC incorporate a holistic view on health and I joined the 8 weeks to wellness plan. The whole team is really well trained and professional and are super friendly. The care and attention they give in every aspect is second to none. I highly recommend CWC to anybody, you will be stronger, happier and healthier for it.

I discovered cwc after seeing a Groupon deal. I have never been so greatful for taking a chance. I happened across the most inspirational, motivated, genuine amazing place. It's the 8th wonder of the world in my eyes.
I suffered for over a decade with my back, but other health issues too from depression, anxiety, ibs, migraines, plantar fasciitis, autoimmune disease. These wonderful people, have given me more of a life back than I have ever dreamed! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so genuinely lovely, approachable and friendly to the moment you walk out euphoric from just being present with this team. Their positive attitude is infectious. You feel their connection as a team, as a family in your core. Every single member of the team from the reception, to Dr Joe and Zoe to the gym team. I am honoured and humbled to of found this place. I would recommend to anyone and everyone, I'd shout from the roof tops! Unfortunately I'll be moving too far away soon to continue treatment here. But if I could, I would pack up each member and the centre and move it with me. The change is so deep and I will be eternally greatful and thankful for the short period I spent here, and welcomed into their family. It really was my pleasure. The world needs more people like Dr Joe's team. It would certainly make the world a beautiful place, they have 100% made my world a better more beautiful one

I've been coming to Core Wellness Centre in Epsom for the past 6 months. In that time I have experienced some big changes in certain health issues from using their chiropractic services. All the lovely staff are friendly and very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. I have recommended them to friends, they are that good. I drive from Caterham to Epsom to benefit from their help. It's a drive I always look forward to. So glad I decided to have my chiropractic adjustments here. They are unlike any other chiropractors.
