Super fast dispatch by Core services just let down by delivery company lying about attempting to deliver when I have the evidence on cctv that he just pulled up outside my property took a photo of my house then drove off with no attempt to deliver or put a card through the letterbox which he also said he did, it’s 5 stars for core services but one star deducted as delivery became stressful but as said this was done to the delivery company

My parcel was NOT delivered on the allotted day, and this was repeated 3 more times. APC parcel co. does not reply to emails. Regrettably, Coreservices, too, does not provide a telephone number to enable customers to chase their orders. Poor service overall.

Spares delivered in just THREE days. Amazing!
Took a search to find the spares outlet Mountfield uses for their yard force mowers. Website was a bit hit and miss to use as search function didn't work for me, but googling "coreservice "part number" took you to their ordering page where you could add that part to your basket. Repeated for all parts required. Spares turned up in 3 workng days. Whilst needing to repair a mower isn't ideal, knowing you can get parts fast is great.
Recommend Coreservice 5* from my experience.

Faulty power washer
I called as my power washer had stopped working at the weekend. When I called and spoke with Alice she was polite and patient as I searched for the purchase date and model number etc. Alice then talked me through everything, documented everything fully then reiterated this to me to make sure she had accurately captured all the information. She advised the next steps that I had to do before having to potentially replacing my equipment. After all the advice Alice gave me did work and saved the hassle of having to arrange a replacement.
Throughout the call Alice was polite, professional and knowledgeable in what she was saying. It was so refreshing to talk to someone on the phone who understood what I was saying and genuinely wanted to help.
Alice is a credit to your team and should be recognised for her great work and dedication to good customer service.

WOW!!!!! What an unbelievable service I received from Core Service. I sent an email about a problem I had with my hawksmoor cordless hedge trimmer and received an email straight back asking a few questions and to send some info they requested. Sent this and problem was diagnosed and sorted the same day which was a problem with my battery. A replacement was sent out the next day and I received this very quickly with regular updates on times it was going to be delivered. Fantastic to deal with and would highly recommend this company. New battery for Homebase Sovereign mower.
I had been trying to source a new battery for my cordless mower, bought from Homebase and now closed down. The Range who have taken on some of the Homebase business were unable to direct me.
Phoned the Core Service number and no reply, just recorded message to go to the website. At first I could not locate the battery I needed, thought I was going to have to buy a new mower. Finally located it; ordered yesterday and it arrived today and the mower is performing like new! FANTASTIC! The only negative was my phone text message regarding delivery, made no reference to Core Service or the mower and I wasn't sure what was being delivered or which company it was coming from. Otherwise it was a nice surprise to have it arrive so quickly!

ordered part for my mower
ordered part for my mower. part arrived,didnt use till a week later. when tried to install part was wrong,too big. tried "bot" chat but sorry we are away. finally managed to get a "ticket" but a week later still no response and when trying to access "ticket" tells me i dont have one. used this company as spear & jackson recommended them. will be emailing back so not to recommend. poor service, poor system of contact. will NOT be using again .

This is no real personalized service, not anything close to the standard service I expected as a patron who bought their handy power spray, instead I got another one of those UK evasive, monologues they have their customers endure on an answer machines, and getting nowhere with their fast talking mumble jumble of an email address I could not catch it all in their ranting swoop: Last item I'll get from Spears +Jackson. Item didn't spray, corporate contact didn't work, will now ship it back and tell them we're to put their awful corporate service,, almost feel sympathy for their customers having to endure this third world corporate attitude that seems more and more prevalent in the UK ,,😠😡🤬
