Had high hopes. Bought 4 stands 900x700 shower tray. Lightweight but found to flexible. Had to use additional supports to stop movement. The legs could also do with a locking nut to help.

Even leaving the the wrapper on and laying with cardboard to protect when tiled it still got scratched.

Thought would be more durable and stronger, disappointed at that price.

I ordered a shower cubicle from Coram showers based on the very positive reviews placed here. I experience the very opposite of service. Despite having an accurate post code, the delivery person 'could not find my property'! So without any contact from him/her via PM, via email or good old fashioned mobile call (he had the number) back it went to Coram. What followed was a lesson in the poorest customer service on the planet (and I thought BT were bad). Three days of constant calls to truculent customer service representatives and no delivery. Appalling company to deal with NO STARS!

After several years of use, the centre seal split on our Coram bi-fold shower door. Contacted Coram customer service who advised on how to acquire and install a new seal. Reasonably priced and quickly delivered, it's great to find such efficient service.

Replacement offset quadrant enclosure, spoke to technical team they assured me it will fit existing tray. Ordered it & it arrived next day. Everything all good,even fitters said it was easy to install & will recommend.

On moving in to our retirement property in May 2020, we decided to replace the shower trays with products from Coram. We purchased an offset quadrant item through Heating &Plum. Unfortunately I did not check the contents on delivery and this week I found that there were only 8 adjustable feet rather than the required 9. As a Customer Service Tel. No. was included on the installation instructions, I phoned Coram rather than contact the supplier. A replacement foot was delivered within 2 days at no cost to myself. Great service combined with an exceptional product. Highly recommended.

I purchased and installed a Coram Optima for a customer that had used me for decades. Chose this shower as it had a 10 year guarantee. It failed after three years. Coram said not all the parts are guaranteed! What a dishonest company! Fraud.

What a difference my experience from recent review. I rang Coram regarding a bath screen bracket that had broken. Was advised couldnt talk to any one in customer service and had to email, but the would take two days to reply and due to three figure backlog any parts would take at least two weeks. Sent email with details didn’t hear anything so sent message via twitter and Facebook. Did get a response via Facebook and was advised parts would be with us by middle of following week. By following Thursday no response so rang to be told no record of anything being sent and person dealing with it wasn’t in till Monday. On Monday was advised didn’t know why part noT sent was going to be mid this week now. So over two weeks still unable to use shower over bath. Very poor service no guarantee parts will arrive

My 3 year old Coram Shower Screen bottom bracket started to make noises which suggested all was not well with the pivot bracket. I contacted Coram explaining my problem and on the same day all new brackets were sent out including full fitting instructions and they arrived the next Day ! This was after me showing the relevant proof of purchase
What can I say, I never expected to get any response if being honest but the guys in technical support were excellent and even offered to come and do it had I not been so far away so Coram you are the Best !!

I purchased a Coram Shower tray and bifold door, the products are first class, a first class product.
My one and only complaint is, when cleaning the hair trap in the waste i accidentally misplaced it, i contacted Coram explaining this and asked them where i could purchase this replacement, as my local supplier who i had purchased it from didn't stock it. The reply i received from Coram was, i could use the shower without this most important item, I know this of course, but it is an important item for obvious reasons, being a retired Plumber, if it wasn't the Manufacturer wouldn't supply it. I was then informed it couldn't be supplied as a separated item, i would have to purchase a complete waste. i asked Coram the name of the manufacture, who made the waste, and the cost of a complete new waste. Coram have now completely ignored this request.
I would have given a five star rating for the quality of the shower tray and doors, but for the lack of interest shown by Coram i had no other choice but to give a four star. This type of After Sales Help does nothing to enhance customers views.

Very good aftersales service and products very good value for money

Honestly could not recommend enough! Have never bought a Coram shower myself, but I have been dealing with the customer service which is top-notch! I rent out a property that I bought which has a Coram shower and due to the fact the shower has been used a lot it has been damaged a few times by the guests. The customer service has been nothing but helpful! Every single time I asked for a roller a replacement was sent straight away (probably 4 times now).
I give my highest recommendation! 5 out of 5!

Due to general wear and tear that came with the age of my four panel folding bath screen the rubber seal needed replacing. I contacted Coram showers to see if they sold spares and they helpfully sent me out a new one free of charge. Great customer service and products!

I purchased a premier bifold shower door about 4 years ago but only got round to fitting it in our holiday house in France in Oct 17. When we returned in February, the glass on the panel with the handle had shattered. Temperatures outside had reached -6oC for a few days so probably -2oC inside. The bolts holding the handles to the door had probably contracted slightly putting stress on the door. Coram need to put slightly thicker rubber washers on the door handles to prevent this from happening. When I telephoned the chap at Coram he suggested loosening the screws to the handle when we leave. They have since changed the design and the doors are not kept as a spare part. Now new frame and doors have to be bought....not happy

Had a Coram Premier Quadrant Shower for about 8-9 years. The sliding doors were difficult to operate due to a faulty bearing on one of the rollers. Emailed Coram and got a quick reply asking for my contact details so they can send a new set out. No questions asked - no 'have you got a receipt' nothing other than instant, excellent, customer service!

This is the that thing about excellent products, linked to excellent customer service! Well Done Coram!
