Both coral and ladbrokes soon as you have a decent win for weeks and weeks your winning absolutely nothing like they've put you on a block not even one bonus on each game 😒😒😒

Advice be patient, expect if you are playing the free slot games to know the result of a spin before the spin has actually been finished aka it updates the totals whilst the reels are spinning. Received an email offering 10 free spins and 25 more when you deposited £5 or more. Received and played the first 10 after having to speak to customer service as they weren't initially credited. The next day I deposited £10 and wagered it and didn't recieve 25 free spins. Spoke to an agent on live chat who said that I hadn't received an invite for promotion despite me providing the link. Went on to take an hour to to get back and tell me again that I hadn't recieved an invite, obviously being deliberately awkward. I've deposited hundreds of pounds with them and this is how they treat you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they'll only scam you out of money

Spent over an hour trying to get the app to work, the clerk told me put some money on it, which I did, still not working.
In the end I gave up and asked for my money to be refunded as I was unable to use it.

UPDATE, I TRIED TO DEPOSIT AND WAS TOLD IM NOT ALLOWED AS THEY HAVE PUT LIMITS OF 120 A MONTH ON MY ACCOUNT. dont say its due to what i earn as you dont know what savings ive got, if i wanted limits id put them on, and for 120 a month is insane, i cant even hit a bonus on that. Only writing a review because its the first time ive actually phoned anywhere with a problem and its been sorted out before I came off the phone. I couldn't withdraw money from account due to change of bank cards. The person who helped me should get a promotion. I thought I was going to be on the phone for hours to get told you need to deposit more on new card to withdraw phoned at 16:58 today and was off the phone for 10past 👏🤝

Well what can I say about Coral, nothing good,I like to play their grabber everyday BUT they only give me 5 coins each day , and to use your coins the least you need is 3000 what a joke, being a pensioner I can only bet a little each week ,but 100%I'm being penalised for not betting large amounts , why oh why are you doing this I've been a Coral customer for ages, BUT if you don't won't pensioners as customers just say so ,What a shame
