Buying Advice

My advice is, order by telephone to check if it currently available, be prepared for a wait and be patient, in my experience you get it, if it was in stock, eventually.

I am unable to log in to my account…

I am unable to log in to my account that is not working. An order i placed over 1 year ago has not been processed. I was unable to pay on the website on one occasion wen I could log in over a year ago now. On phoning the chap he is quite amiable, but is unable to take payment over the phone and blames the corona virus for the breakdown in logging in. It is a total lack of service.

Charlatan

Like everyone else reviewing; paid by credit card. 12 months on no goods and no replies to e-mails. Luckily only a modest order. Avoid this supplier which is a pity as the kits he owns the moulding to are very good.

Paid but not supplied, no communication!!

Ordered and paid for kit kit in October 2018. Chased up order via E mail in Jan 2019, no reply!
Contacted again in Feb asked for item to be supplied or give refund, again no reply!
How I wish that I'd checked reviews prior to ordering.
Fortunately paid by credit card, and they immediately refunded the full amount. Apparently they have the ability to take money from suppliers bank, and cooper Craft have to prove that they have supplied item or they can appeal within a certain time (45 days I think).
Be warned do not use this supplier.
Also always pay using your credit card.

Order from March 2018 still unfulfilled…

Order from March 2018 still unfulfilled over a year later. I offered to accept etched parts instead of the moulded ones as I understand there was a problem with the moulding machine but was ignored. It is traders like this which make you realise just how useless the British justice system, Trading Standards and Tory Party of business really are. The website should have been closed down and customers refunded long ago.

Avoid this dishonest operator like the plague

Would award Cooper Craft a negative star if I was able. Still waiting for an order placed 2 years ago, despite several e-mails and actually getting to talk to the proprietor, who assured me (incorrectly) that I would be refunded.

Totally unreliable and dishonest company, who should be avoided like the plague. The amount of money involved is not a great deal but the principle is that operators like this should not be allowed to trade.

Unreliable, uncommunicative, incompetent

Just cancelled order placed early January. No communication from supplier, just lame excuses about moulding machine being broken. Not even convinced I'll get my refund as proprietor says he doesn't handle the money, it's all automatic. Avoid this supplier if possible - shame because he holds the useful Ian Kirk range.

One year later - I never did receive any communication in response to my order cancellation, despite phone calls and letter. On the phone I was told by the proprietor that he "doesn't deal with the money". No refund forthcoming, nor any apology for inconvenience. I am genuinely surprised this outfit stays in business. If it wasn't for the factthe that order value (£35) doesn't justify the hassle, I would pursue this through the courts. Steer clear.

Payment taken but no delivery

Payment taken but no delivery after 9 months. Original chasing call after 3 months was, in hindsight, fobbed off by being told it would be another 3 months. 6 months later and phone calls and emails are not even being answered.

BEWARE

Be very careful dealing with this business. Web site orders are not fulfilled and even action through the Small Claims Court has not got my money back. The owner has been reported to both Trading Standards and Action Fraud as an alleged fraudulent and rogue trader. BEWARE.
