Never will i ever buy at Coolblue again. Philips PureProtect Mini 900 Series AC0951/13 was prices at 159 EUR. When I call them I asked that in media markt they were at one 149 the answer was, we can not lower the price... So I purchased elsewhere. Today I see they are prized at 149 EUR. I don't know how they work in coolblue but it is insane !!

Delivery chaos
Order was divided up into different packages - even though I ordered all items together some weeks ago.
And one item is delayed by 4 days. I was told it would arrive on two separate days and I stayed at home to receive it - but it never arrived and I had to follow up myself to find out what was happening.

Truly disappointed about the delivery
i) I was informed that if the product was ordered on Friday 13th, it would be delivered on Sat 14th so I placed my order since I needed to use it for Saturday evening or Sunday BUT I was later notified by BPost that it could not delivered at my place AND it wouldn't be available for the pick-up till Monday 16th.
ii) One of the main reasons to place my order with Coolblue was the home delivery. But I needed to pick it up myself. The product was quite heavy (~7 kgs) & the pick-up place was not so close to my place.
iii) The packaging was torn. (Pictures will be available on demand).
