Craig provided a disco, dance floor, giant LED name and numbers for my friend’s birthday party. He also put me in touch with several other suppliers for services Coolblu don’t provide who all turned out to be brilliant. This company really are industry professionals and not just some bloke who decided to be a mobile DJ to make a few quid on the side (as so many others are). Highly recommended
Craig supplied the dance floor for our wedding marquee. Everything was perfect and the LED dance floor was just the perfect addition. Thank you so much and highly recommended.
I have spoken to Craig who was really helpful in the beginning and quick to respond. He confirmed TWICE that the date is available and they will be able to assist me on my day. When it came to confirming the order, he canceled last minute saying my date clashes with his family holiday.
This is very unprofessional and would not recommend them as they add to your wedding stress.

Sorry you feel that way! As with every enquiry availability is checked continually throughout the booking process. With each additional request you made we confimed that the items were available to add, thats not a confirmaiton that we are doing the job. Initially it was explained that your date was already very busy, and also that we have a min Package spend. As per your last email you still fell short of that. No confirmation was ever given, no deposit requested & as things change on a daily basis we decided that we could no longer offer what you wanted, especially within the very specific time restraints you informed us of in your second from last email. The fact ive chosen to take some personal time off now over irrelavent really. We cannot offer the package you require as you changed the goalposts, the timings & the products email by email. We used coolblu for my daughter's wedding at solberge Hall in July.
They provided the photo booth and thrones and post box ,and sparkling dance floor,.
The service we received was fantastic, reliable and professional, the music was just right and happy to take requests and could read the room for what music that was needed.

We have had to reschedule our venue and dates more recently due to Covid 19. Craig from the beginning has been very accomodating.. i've always heard good reviews about Coolblu and can't wait for them to be there on our special day
Can’t recommend enough. Wedding was changed due to corona virus and coolblu have been so accommodating and changed our package straight over hassle free. Highly recommend and communication fab.
Not fully used this service yet, however if his communication is anything to go by and his positive attitude, I would highly recommend. I am due to get married this year, and due to unforeseen circumstances may need to change to next year. I emailed, and it was not an issue could not of been anymore helpful and totally put me at ease. Definitely look at his page for your event when the world becomes safe again. Amazing experience with cool blue unfortunately our wedding got postponed from the 1st May to the 11th September due to the covid 19 virus. Cool blu have been so supporting through the whole procedure and have still managed to accommodate us on the new date. Thank you once again and i couldnt recommend these guys enough. Stay safe
I was let down last minute for sound & light gear that I regularly used to use from another company less than 24hours before a wedding event I was due to perform at.
When I called coolblu they came to my rescue having everything I needed and a little more all for the same price and a better quality sound & light system.

Due to covid-19 we have had to change our date a year for wedding and cool blu have been amazing making sure they fit us in and quick communication to ease our minds at such a stressful time - highly reccomend them to anyone family have been to events they have supplied dj & flooring and been entertained for the entire time there

Coolblu did an amazing job at our wedding, completely transforming an old church hall into a medieval castle - nothing was too much trouble and communication from Craig was great. We hired black wall curtains, stage backdrop and lights, and room uplights and they all looked great! Will use again and would recommend to anyone!
Amazing customer service from Craig at CoolBlu in what has been a very stressful time planning our wedding (3 times in total now due to various reasons) but with the help of Craig we have managed to get our big day all planned!
