My partner and I found a wonderful…

My partner and I found a wonderful property through Cooke and Co in Leigh. We don’t like doing online or calls, so went in one Saturday morning in April to make the offer.

Zoe was incredibly helpful knowledgeable and even re assured the sellers what a good deal this presented after their first sale fell through.
She even mediated when problems were found and helped us negotiate the price down due to structural and damp course works that needed seeing to.
Even during a very arduous purchase process that’s taken 18 weeks she has responded usually within the hour or quicker and has chased both the vendors and vendors solicitors to move this along.

We would definitely use Zoe at Cooke and Co again.
