Basically i got stolen:
The website was saying my parcel would be delivered in 5 working days if i paid the fast delivery instead of the normal one wich is 7 working days. The order was packed and ready for shipment on the 27 november. I was in london for more then long enough to receive the parcel, but it was delivered almost a month after on the 24 December wich i wasn’t even in uk anymore. Someone random was allowed to pick up my parcel and even making several complaints via email they couldn’t cancel or change the delivery address and not even request for id on delivery or anything that could secure my delivery. This company not serious and only care about getting paid and doing whatever with the delivery of their products!!!

Customer service is easy to reach and responds back right away. This is unusual these days especially when you order from a less known brand. The shoes themselves did what they were stated to do and are also comfortable! I would order again from this company!

Good quality product. Customer service always available during the tracking/delivery stage.

Watch out for their return policy! No hassle returns mean you have to send photos of the shoes, and pay for return shipping yourself. They do not make it easy and it’s quite annoying. Hesitate ordering from them again.

The quality is great! I had to order a different size but would definitely purchase from them again!

I am very pleased with our products, the material was of good quality and the fit was perfect. You cannot tell that the shoes have been heightened at all, looks natural and undetectable, I should have ordered 2 pairs of shoes but wanted to see the quality first, I will be ordering again soon - I do recommend their products as they are well worth buying.

Bought shows from this website almost a monthh ago.
The promised delivery time was 6-10 days.
Haven´t received the product and the customer service is doing nothing but ignoring me. I tried Email, Whatsapp and even their Instagram.
I will need to open a dispute with my bank to retrieve the money.

I was initially very frustrated with Conzuri after waiting over a month for my shoes to arrive. It felt like nothing was moving, and I left a very negative review.

However, Sophie from customer service completely turned the situation around. She took ownership of the issue, arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out, and even refunded me half of my money as a gesture of goodwill. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference.

I have been waiting for days for my order to be delivered. I have been trying to contact them using whatsapp and using email but they don't respond. It seems that i have wasted my money.

Amazing service, arranged for a replacement size down to be sent even before I sent back my original. Shoe looks great and the insole is seamless.

First! The quality of the product is impressive. I had an issue with my initial order being compromised. The usual suspects "porch pirates". It is a bit difficult to track the delivery so that is a downside. However, I paid a little extra for the insurance that covered theft. I reached out and the company replied right away. Did not delay on correspondence. I was sent a replacement without any hassle. I am so grateful. Customer service is on point. I would order again. The 4 star is simply regarding the shipping circumstances. The box was a bit beat up from handling so the boots cannot be stored in the box it came in
