It seems that this company has no respect for its customers.

It seems that this company has no respect for its customers. I ordered and paid for kerosene, with delivery today, but the kerosene was not delivered, my tank is completely empty, at a time when the night is very cold and there are people living in the house who need heat. Now, I am going to report them and they will have to pay me financial and moral damages for the stress and discomfort they caused me! Consumers have rights and now, Convery Oils will see what this means!
