Don't try converge, service is terrible

Just got ours 2 months ago, we only used it for 1 and a half weeks but the LOS is already blinking red. We called customer support yo have the issue fixed by their tech and contractors. So far no resolution, we kept calling customer support and it's almost a month now we're still having the same issue.

A company that ignores its customers and delivers far below what it sells

We have been paying for a 300 Mbps plan for months, but every evening the connection collapses to under 10 Mbps — sometimes for hours. This has been happening since May, every single day, and Converge ICT does nothing about it.

Each time we open a ticket, we receive the same useless, copy-paste replies: “reboot your modem,” “check your cables.” The problem isn’t the modem. The problem is their network.

We even provided speed logs and screenshots proving the issue, but they still pretend not to understand. Their customer support seems designed only to close tickets, not to fix anything.

If you rely on your internet for work or daily life, avoid Converge ICT at all costs. You’ll pay for high speed and get excuses instead.

Bad customer service!!!!

We had an outage since 23rd of September, I followed up for the 5th times, and same answer, ticket is in progress. I asked for cancellation of my account, but I need to settle my full amount bill before they will cut off my account, how can I do so, if I already consumed 12 days of internet usage?. So I have no choice but to wait for the internet to go up and ask for a rebate. The problem is, it's so hard to call in their hotline, 15mins waiting for a cue. Such a pain in the ass..

Converge ICT customer service is the…

Converge ICT customer service is the worst customer service, very hard to reach out them after 15 minutes waiting in the line and able to talk with customer service, they will suddenly hang up your call. Every month always experiencing one week even three weeks without internet connection. And customer service is BAD , unreachable, always hang up the call out of sudden. Maybe that becomes their habit in their work environment to always hang up the call of customer who report about internet connectivity problem. Very Poor Service. Always no internet and customers service are unreachable or bad attitude always hang up the call. Government please check this company Integrity toward Client. The worst customer service ever experienced only with Converge ICT

After Globe

After Globe, this is the worst internet provider. No service in the office, and now I have to pay 500 pesos for the disconnection service. I should take the modem to Converge myself or pay for it to be picked up. Since I canceled, the connection has been dropping off. Never again from this company.

Very very bad customer service

Very very bad customer service and consistency of internet connection, if you ever wanted an internet provider this shouldn't even be considered as your last resort, it's not worth any money and it has evidence to back up the horrible services.

Converge is a 50/50

In terms of speed, I can say Converge actually eats its competitors but lately, few problems have emerged and some of it is a recurrence. The download speed changes from time to time, like for example, our plan covers up to 300mbps, the stable is around 250mbps, but when it's 4pm onwards, it drops down to 0.3+mbps only. The support says they already fixed the parameters but nothing changes actually, it still occurs the following days.

NOT RECOMMENDED IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

In terms on the speed of their internet connection it is indeed fast but in customer service and field engineers BAD. TERRIBLE. WORST. Even if your ticket is on their "URGENCY" list, their field engineer won't urgently fix your connection problems. In my current experience on one of their field engineer.. they just setup their ladder on the post where my connection nap box is cause its really wide open. THEY DID NOTHING AND LEFT. Its not even lunch time yet they left early and as of this time they haven't returned yet to fix the freaking issue. MY ADVICE TO THOSE WHO WANT CONVERGE TO BE THEIR INTERNET PROVIDER DON'T RELY TOO MUCH ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FIELD ENGINEERS THEIR ACTIONS AND RESPONDS ARE VERY SLOW.

I have had Converge Internet connection…

I have had Converge Internet connection for several years, During this time my view is they need to do something about customers service. For the past year My billing sent to me and that stated at there office staff is always different. All complaints achieve is emails that clear up Nothing. My internet went off on monday AM i tried calling the office but no one responds so I had to go to the office try for reapirs. Today i found out they had not processed my repair required. BAD service

Worst Customer Service

I applied for an internet connection on May 2025 and upon installation the technician informed me that they will comeback to install the IPTV. Its been 4 moths of every two weeks follow-ups, their customer service (Rai, Hael, Sieghart, Liv, Lukas and the rest keeps on saying “i will follow up to the concerned department”, “ i understand your concern and will expedite this request”. Your customer service department is zero out of 10. They even send you email info like, this request has been actioned and will tag this as closed. I am super disappointed!

This is the 9th day that I still don't…

This is the 9th day that I still don't have any service. My kids would spend countless hours at my mom's house just to use their internet for school work. My eldest would sometimes get home at almost 12a because he's using the internet at someone else's place that makes me worried. Their favourite response is in process, & no one can give me even an estimate of when. My 1st ever technical issue with them took almost 17 days. I'm already at my breaking point. I also have another provider who is more than willing to get me connected with theirs if these people can just give me an estimate of when it will be fixed if they can't give me anything specific. I know my plan isn't top tier, but they almost often get paid in advanced. If you are planning to get them to provide you service, do your research 1st. Yeah their network is fast, but technical support, is almost none existent.And converge, if you are actually reading your reviews to improve yourselves, here is my case # 08033878.

Bad customer service..

Bad customer service... click2call used to be so easy to use, now you will wait hours and hours before an agent will answer your call. Before just 1 ticket and there will be onsite visit now, you need mutiple tickets just for them to make an onsite visit to fix your internet.

Not helpful at all

Not helpful at all. Unresponsive ang mga support. Poor service, sa una lang magaling. Ang bilis maningil, but pagdating sa concern mo it will take them forever to resolve. Kung ayaw nyo masayang time and money nyo, don't go for this company. They will just cause you stress and frustration!

i upgraded my plan June 25, 2025 to fiberx, the dept thats handling my ticket closed it July then closed it again Sept 3rd tagging it as resolved. I have been paying for the new plan for 3 months now without getting my wifi6 and visionbox. I cant revert the plan back to the old one because of the lockin period
