I'm facing a terrible situation with Convera regarding tuition payment for an educational institution (LSE-UK). I generated the payment through the LSE platform and selected my bank in Brazil (Itaú, one of the largest banks in the country) to proceed with the payment. I used one of the payment options offered by Convera (PIX), which facilitates payments between Brazilian entities. Convera's partner in Brazil is supposed to transfer the money to the UK. Convera uses Cardpay as its local partner in Brazil.

After 10 days, Convera still hasn't acknowledged my payment, despite me sending all the necessary documents from my bank (Itaú). What's even worse is that I've tried several times to communicate with customercare contact.convera.com, but they have not taken any action to retrieve my money from their local partner in Brazil. This situation is unbelievable, and I feel deeply disrespected by Convera. Please be VERY careful when selecting Convera as your payment provider.

Convera have provided a consistently high level of service. Our account manager is always on hand to answer questions, check queries and be our liaison with customer services where needed. When away, there is always someone else to deal with directly. I know there is always a real person I can call. The system is easy to use and the rates offered are competitive.

Jordan and the team have been amazing. Quick to respond, issues resolved swiftly, help with troubleshooting. Long time customers, and still pleased!

Convera is a great platform to send money internationally. What makes it a keeper are the people. Richard Taylor is our main point of contact and is able to get things done for us. We count on him and his pursuit of excellence. The actual platform does need updating but we hear it's in the works.
