Last year I was completely satisfied
Last year I was completely satisfied. I had no issues. This year I was quoted a renewal price and I renewed at that price. The following day I was contacted and informed that the amount I paid was incorrect and there would be an additional charge of approximately $200 which I also paid. This was done on 7/24/18. On 9/13/18 I received a letter informing me that my policy was being terminated for non payment. And on 9/19/18
I received another letter informing me that I am now being audited. I have never had to spend so much time and energy just to be able to pay in full for my coverage. And next year I promise you that I will find another less predatory company to do business with.
