Extremely poor communication from Colin. Taken our money but heard nothing from them in weeks. Several promises of business plan on specific dates which keep being missed with no word from them. We are having to chase them constantly. In these times of COVID-19 I can understand there may be delays but their lack of communication is unacceptable. They have your money and don’t care about you after that.
