Excellent service throughout from start to finish fighting a private parking charge. Harriet dealt with all the paperwork and advised and kept me up to date with the process and Jackson Yamba really went the extra mile travelling from Leeds to Birmingham to represent me at both court hearings, he was extremely knowledgeable and won my case for me whilst putting me at ease throughout the stressful process. Lost the appeal. I only found out when I emailed them. It's more money if you want them to "take it further". I hadn't realised I'd only paid them for one service, I thought I'd paid them to get the ticket cancelled, if it couldn't be cancelled why take my money? I'll leave you to answer that question yourself. Just pay the ticket at the discount, its cheaper.

I am still in shock that Contestor managed to get me off two parking fines in a week. They were £100 each.

Cannot recommend Jackson and his team enough. I had been battling an insurance issue for months. Going and back and forth with my previous car insurer about a claim they were trying to recover funds from me. Jackson attend court and drafted letters. The case was eventually dropped. Honestly without Jackson I wouldn't have won. Thanks again and I definitely use them again. 100% recommended!

Thanks to Contestor Legal Services, the claimant (DCBL on behalf of UKPC) - dropped their claim a couple of weeks before the scheduled court hearing. CLS was excellent value for money - you just have to look out for their emails and follow their instructions. Communication could have been a little better on occasion, but overall I highly recommend this company.

I had been fighting a parking fine received at my place of work even though my permit was on display and in my allocated parking space. UKPC had been chasing me but refused to acknowledge-my appeal. Move forward 5 years and DCBL started to chase. I although I responded to every single letter from them stating I was correctly parked and sending pics of my permit, they decided to take me to court. I contacted contestor legal services and was assigned Charlotte to my case. I was so anxious and stressed as I cant speak in public. She was brilliant from my first contact. She completed each document at every step and drafted up my defence. 2 weeks to go and DCBL on behalf of UKPC decided to withdraw their claim. I can’t state how relieved I am.
