The product was nothing like the advertised picture and they would simply not provide a full refund for the return of goods.

Dishonest company! They advertise products that are very different than what they send. I kindly asked for return and a refund and they didn't give me an option. I had a very bas experience. Don’t buy anything from this store.

The quality of these shirts is very good.

Ordered a hoodie from them . Their tracking service kept me up to date for 3 weeks then just stopped, I’ve tried on several occasions to find out where my item is but no reply

AVOID!! This is a scam website. Sent me a jumper/ hoodie which was completely different quality to what was stated on the website. Sizing was also way off. This product was unwearable.They will try to compensate you 5% of the product price instead of returning it. When trying to return it they will not send adequate information to return such as company phone number.

Absolutely shocking customer service.

it took 5 weeks to arrive, when it did i got the wrong size, I am a medium in size but I ordered a large due to it coming from overseas and sizes can vary but what I got was labelled large but the actual size was small, its about 2/3 inches short in the sleeve and length. No compromise at all from them or return policy. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been buying these t-shirts for a couple years now because they're so comfortable and they fit better than any other t-shirt I've ever had. The collar stays tight, the arms and chest make me look good, and it's loose enough to hide my imperfect belly chonk and keep me from looking like a fatty.

These shirts protect me from the sun’s rays, yet keep me comfortably cool.

Terrible so far! Ordered weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. Tracking just says it’s en route but it hasn’t moved from ‘customs’. They do not respond to email inquiries either. I’m getting a bad feeling about this decision

Experience has been horrible - I placed an order for 3 sweatshirts, "dear person behind me" for suicide awareness on April 28th. It's June 13th and still no order, updates have been inconsistent. I've reached out to them and they provided a "new tracking number" which is in a completely different state from the original and that order has been sitting for over a week now. It's awful to rip people off. I also just noticed they don't have any reviews on their products. Would not recommend them at all - save your money and go elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Not only did they take forever to get to me, as they were stuck in Ireland (I am in the US.), but the material is 100% polyester, which is not "high-quality" material they mentioned. I was unable to cancel my order due to it being in transit. When I received my sweater, the letters were easily scratched off. I have been going back and forth for a week now asking for a return label and a refund, and they keep going back to "Sorry, we gave you the correct size, so we cannot refund you. Just give it to a friend."

I order 2 sweaters and only received 1 they emailed me stating that the warehouse was right but they were not I even took a photo of what I received they told me to check my parcel for the other sweater I'm like is my other sweater invisible I'm very upset.

They are a scam company. Avoid at all cost! Placed an order, never got the item. This has happened to multiple people. They need to be reported and taken down.

If there is a negative star review that would be my rating for the 2 pants I received 1 month after placing the order. Fit was not as on size chart and couldn’t even return for a size exchange. Quality of pant is so thin that it is see through. Wasted Money and time trying to get it back. They need to be shut down and other consumers need to know!

They scammed me on 2 orders under 2 different business names. They first overcharged me and that was a hassle to deal with..: then a month later I get my items that were completely incorrect. One order was too small for like a young teen size. And the other was totally random pants that I didn’t order and all they said was “our shipping department says it was correct. Sincerely, consulbefor”
SCAM. Wasted my hard earned money

I purchased faux leather leggings with fleece inside. The order took more than a month to arrive and I got the leggings with no fleece. I sent pictures and complained to customer service. Their response was to deny that the shipment went wrong. I honestly think this is a dishonest company, that uses misleading ads. It is a scam. Do not buy anything from them, they should be banned for taking advantage of their customers.

Awful! Took 2 months to get the pants and the quality and fit was cheap and wrong in every way. I might as well have handed them my money for nothing. No point in trying to send a return and get my money back either. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!
