Helpful and Informative Business Review
I had a business review meeting with Zsofia from Constructionline and found it extremely helpful. Zsofia was brilliant—friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a really clear and simple way. She highlighted features and benefits we weren’t even aware we had access to and gave a great demonstration of the platform, which was easy to follow and very informative. I left the meeting with a much better understanding of how to make the most of our membership.

Just a money grab.
Absolute sh*t show.
They expect a "one man band" to meet the same criteria as a company like wimpy with 20,000 employees.
They move the goal posts constantly and most of their requirements are nothing more box ticking.
I've encountered three staff so far. One was only interested in getting you to part with money, one was excellent and the last was a jobsworth.
If I could get away with not having to deal with these I would.
No doubt this review will get the same copy and paste response as others get.

Well worth the time as it has made the site a lot easier to navigate going forwards and for leads also.

If there was a way of leaving a 'minus' score, I would.
With the exception of the National Lottery, this is one of the few things where you pay (in this instance) a large sum up front without knowing exactly what is required in order to obtain the necessary certification. As a small company, there was no way that we would meet all the criteria and Constructionline/Onceforall did not provide any guidance or help (that was promised several times).
Due to the pay wall being at the start of the process, rather than after you have completed all the 'requirements', they seem to take your money and run. They will not refund your monies if you cannot meet the criteria.

Totally agree with Andrew Todd,,,, this is a money making machine and just keeps adding more and more crap that needs to be completed in order to get certified... costs increasing for the users and smaller companies who already are overwhelmed with the hoops that have to be jumped through in order to get onsite.
