The page where you finalize the scheduling of the email now has an accordion drop-down setup - it's infuriating. I absolutely HATE that I can't see all the settings I've chosen in one glance. It now looks cluttered and cumbersome and my eyes have a hard time with what I'm looking at and it now takes me twice as long to finish scheduling. I can't believe anyone at your company thought this was a functional page.

I used this service many years ago. I wanted to explore it as a way to do a newsletter for my cat rescue a few weeks ago. I realized right away it was not going to be an option. A few days later one of their reps called me. I was very medicated after a medical procedure. I told him I was not capable of having a conversation and he kept talking. My friend was sitting next to me, astonished at this guy's refusal to accept that I was not coherent enough to talk. I finally told him to call me the next day. He did and I got a little mad because he had been so disrespectful the previous day. I told him because of that (and the fact that the system would not work for what I wanted) I was not interested in working with them. I was polite, but firm. I repeated several times that I was not going to work with them. He would not stop. Finally I said "I said no, I am hanging up, good bye". What happened? HE CALLED ME BACK! I hung up more rudely this time. Then he sent me a really long text about how since I was in sales I should understand how he needs to follow up. I thought it was over. Nope, yesterday, a couple weeks later, some guy named Cody called and wanted to chat about their services. I was like "are you serious? I told the last guy to NEVER contact me again". He then said he wanted to talk about that and what was going on. I raised my voice this time and hung up. What a bunch of freaking psychos.

The absolute Worst customer service. We used Constant contact for our seasonal business for almost the last ten years. We cancel every year after the season and restart before our seasonal business begins the following year. Somehow this season, it failed to cancel by a mere few days and charged us an even higher rate than usual of $180. Mind you the service had not been used at all during that time. Instead of making a one time courtesy refund of the $180 they refused and not only lost a loyal customer but also ended up having to refund the $180 because our credit card company agreed with us and after we opened a credit card dispute for the wrongly charged amount we were refunded. Absolutely terrible customer service that does not value long time loyal customers at all. I’m glad we ended up being refunded, but it was no thanks to any help from them and we would not recommend them to anyone ever in the future.

Shannon was determined to solve my problem even though the solution was not obvious. It was a challenge even for Tier 2 but Rice kept looking until he discovered the problem--just a tiny remnant of an event box that prevented my campaign from being published. I'm so glad they solved the problem.

They increased the price even though I had paid for a year in advance. When I sent an email question about the increase, they ignored me.

Very disappointed with Constant Contact. The agent was not honest about what they actually provide. I was told they would help contact customers, but that was false. A lot of important information was hidden just to get me to open an account. This felt like a sales trap, not a professional service. Be careful before signing up

Carl Compton is correct and unsubbing is useless with these corp jokers.
Literally broke up with this company more than 10 years back (so-called 'partner' program), and somehow I am still getting spam from them. Dumped them after some random commission change (theft of commissions thru structural change). Literally went through hoops to get off their spam over ten years back.
It's like they never ever go away. Right now I have 20 or so pos's in my email box from last 4 months.
They re-emerge in my inbox every 1-2 years.
JUST GO THE HEF AWAY - ISN"T SPAM A BIG NO IN THIS INDUSTRY?

What went wrong "this time"? Wow, that's a way to start.
New platform is an ambush, pushed out with no warning, not user-friendly, and doesn't stop the constant need to refresh a page to get it to load entirely.
I am now actively searching for another platform. Frustration is high.
I am adding today's date as 'date of experience', but the reload issue is daily and usually 5-10 times daily.
