Customers continue to tell me they aren't getting our campaigns, or they haven't received them for months, and then they receive them. I have checked everything your "Bot" suggested could cause this issue, and we

As Communication Director of our homeowner’s association, I found that Constant contact is a great way to get out communication about events and in our area. I cannot e-mail all the members of our association out of my computer (too any emails) so this is so much more convenient way to let our members know what's going on in our subdivision.

We have been using Constant Contact for a few years and it is an excellent way for me to maintain regular contact with our congregation. We love the platform and ease of use. There are probably many tools that we don't yet employ, but for quick communication by email and SMS, CC is great.

I've been using Constant Contact for over 25 years. It is so easy to use. Templates are easy, and images are easy. Now that I can do it on my phone, it is half the time. Definitely recommend Constant Contact always.

Wanted to try this out because a client wanted to use it. The sales person was so aggressive with phone calls, texts, sending calendar invitations, and more...completely turned me off from CC. I get that it's a numbers game, but I was clear that I was testing to see if I like it. Within 3 hours I knew I would never use CC not because of the product/service, but because of the sales tactics.

The product itself is good, not great. 4 stars for that. Importing HTML is easy enough, but then the WYSIWYG editor won't work, so that lost a star right there, taking it down to three stars. The overall building without coding knowledge is rather standard for the industry. But that sales strategy was harassment. I've never had a block a potential vendor before.

Constant Contact makes working with them very easy. Instructions are simple and help is always available.

Great platform to use. Love the layout, templates, and the pick-and-drop feature. Saves time and makes email communication and promotion appealing and professional.

I never had anyone to teach me Constant Contact. I learned it on my own, which was only possible because it is so intuitive and easy to navigate. It works great, the analytics are provided in human language anyone can understand, and the "building block" style of creating all kinds of emails, along with the many excellent templates and the ability to replicate emails and just change details as needed -- plus so much more -- make this an excellent choice for anyone who needs to send mass email campaigns without having a degree in design or the expensive and time-consuming option of having an expert to teach them. Highly recommend!

The site keeps crashing. I have had to call customer service 3 times to have them send my email for me.

Constant Contact has been a great tool for managing our nonprofit’s email communications. It makes it easy to create professional-looking emails without needing a lot of technical or design experience, and the templates and drag-and-drop editor save a lot of time.

I especially appreciate how easy it is to manage contact lists, schedule campaigns, and track results. Being able to see open rates, clicks, and other engagement metrics helps us understand what resonates with our supporters and continually improve our communications.

For a small nonprofit with limited time and resources, Constant Contact provides a good balance of functionality and ease of use. It has made staying connected with our donors and community very manageable.

I have used constant contact for years both professionally and privately. Although a light user I demand ease of use and complete security. This applicationaffort=d the current price.
does both of those things very well. The cost for personal private use is less that I would expect - not that you could raise it! I am retired and can afford the current price.

CC is super intuitive! Our nonprofit relies on it for our biweekly calls to 600+ volunteers.

My e-newsletter is still m most effective marketing tool. Constant Contact makes it a breeze most of the time.

I use this as a platform to mass email my organization. So really I don't utilize all the things that are available. For the most part it works good, but not sure why sometimes someone drops off or stops getting my emails. Some have unsubscribed by accident and we have corrected those.
