Ordered 3 games order number 7109…

Ordered 3 games order number 7109 money taken out of bank cannot contact them tried three or 4 times on their contact us page. No one has message me back it has been 9 days now no games no refund no nothing will be waiting another week then going through my bank to claim back my money for the card payment of over £66 . Will never use this company again if I could give 0 stars that's what I would give them absolutely disgusting the way I have been treated

Hello Stephen. We have emailed you through our website on multiple occasions about your purchase and this review. Your order was made while our business was closed due to our move to another premises. This was explained on the website and in all of our emails to you. We refunded you for this months ago purchase - however you have also filed a claim with your bank which means no only have you been refunded by us, you have actually received this money twice. Can I politely ask you to correct or remove this review.

Great Service

Have brought 3 modded consoles and some games so far and have been extremely pleased with them all. The service is also excellent if things go wrong. I ordered a Dreamcast and some games but the package got lost in the post. After an email conversation with Andy the manager, I was sent a replacement which came a couple of days later. No messing around. Also, the email I got to say that the replacement order was ready and would be posted the next day came at just before midnight which to me shows a fair bit of overtime had gone into sorting the matter out. Will be using again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
