Fast efficient service across the country. Excellent section of Le Creuset cookware and kitchenware.

They don’t honor their 90 days exchange and refund policy. They sold me a faulty item that showed rust after a few weeks of careful use and I paid over 100.00$ for this item. Don’t buy from their website or you will be scammed.

I recently shopped from their website and had such a fantastic experience that I had to share! As someone who loves cooking Italian dishes at home, I was thrilled to find a store with a clear passion for quality kitchen products. I ordered in early June and I’m already looking forward to my next purchase.
I ordered a set of Italian-made pasta tools, including a gorgeous wooden rolling pin and a stainless steel pasta cutter, both of which screamed authenticity. The website was a breeze to navigate, with clear descriptions and photos that made it easy to choose. What stood out most was their commitment to competitive pricing—I cross-checked a few items, and Consiglio’s prices were noticeably lower than other specialty kitchen stores. Plus, my order qualified for free shipping which was a nice bonus.
The delivery was lightning-fast. I placed my order on a Monday afternoon, and it arrived at my doorstep in just two days, packed securely in biodegradable materials and recycled boxes. I really appreciated their eco-friendly approach—it’s rare to see a business so dedicated to sustainability without compromising on quality. I recently came into your store to purchase a JURA E8 - 15648 (new model) automatic espresso machine. The young lady that assisted me was awesome - very friendly and I know she did her best to assist me.

I enquired about price matching, and was advised that I would not be able to get the 15% off and the extended starter pack. When I explained that I was offered both, I was advised that it was the older model. This was not the case, and was told that I would need to produce an email showing the offer.

I am glad that I did not purchase from Consiglios, and would like to thank the young gentleman that assisted me and advised the young lady not to proceed match. I went to a competitor that I found on line, and not only did I get more than 15% off, I also got the starter pack. They also threw in the wifi control module free of charge ($99 dollar value)!

I have to say that I was a little disappointed when I left the store on Friday empty handed, especially since my family had made purchases there before, and I had ( in the past ) referred friends to Consiglios. But I am SO GLAD that they gave up the sale!

Just a lesson I guess, but also a lost customer…. :(

This store is a SCAM.
My first order, they have 2 code save100 for $100 off if your total is greater than $800 and save10 for 10% off if less than $800. My order is over $800, so I am able to save $100. A day later after I placed the order, they lowered the price. I contacted them to adjust the price, but they did not want to refund the money back. They don't want to use the saving code while still advertising to sell products. They are not HONEST, they just want to sell and do not care about customers.
My second order. They send the Le Creuset pot very roughly on top, I notice them the product has a problem, but they request me to pay return shipping and after inspection, then there will full refund be issued or not. Also, they send information and link to prove their product is normal, but the important thing is they do not care if customers are not satisfied.
So stay away from them. They sell BAD QUALITY products and NO RETURN or EXCHANGE FREE. and one more thing they are a retailer in ON sales products to consumers in BC, but they did not register Provincial sales tax.

Bad customer service. Bought a coffee maker under 10 year warranty and all of a sudden I have black stains appearing on it that I tried several times to clean but they are there. Contacted customer service for a refund or replacement but they refused to honor it. I will discard it as I am afraid it leaches chemicals into my coffee. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They make it impossible for the customers to contact them. Their customer service email link leads nowhere. I eventually tracked down a number via a supplier, left a message 2 weeks ago and nobody responded.
