What more could you want from a conferencing service

You know how I hate technology? Well, The time had come to use it and someone told me about Conference Genie. I couldn't believe how helpful and friendly everyone was, even when the recording got lost, they found it and sent it on for me. I actually enjoyed the whole thing.

we have a working group over various offices across the country and we all use conference genie to save huge amounts of travel time; we have a unique number so if we feel a huge thread of emails is starting we all just dial in and talk it over! great service :-)

Easy to set up, easy to use, no problem for new users they just dial in and get on its exactly what it says it is without any fuss or bother

Conference Genie is easy to use, easy to set up and performs nicely. There is a slight echo on the line whoever is calling, but it does not hugely detract from the experience.

It's easy to get started, its easy to set up conference rooms of different types as per need. Easy to maintain one's rooms. Useful monthly report provided directly to email.
What's not to like?!

The service is easy - you have your own log in number rather than having to remember pins if you are calling from your phone and the quality of the call and service has always been excellent

We are a medical service which delivers clinics throughout the whole of the North West. As part of a strict clinical governance process we have to have clinical meetings, conference genie allows our whole team from sonographers to office staff through to consultants cardiologist to communicate effectively.
