Very easy to use, and never had any issues with international participants accessing (which has been known to be problematical with similar systems)

I very quickly received an email (from Mike) explaining that he had tried to contact me by phone, but I had been away from my desk. When I called him back he clearly explained where I was going wrong and the matter was resolved in minutes. He was very friendly and helpful - great customer service!

I run clinical telephone groups for the NHS. Conference Genie were very competitively priced, and have always provided a stable, reliable service. Mike and Lorraine are always keen to give support and any requests that i may have are always dealt with in a speedy, highly professional manner. The online interface is easy to use and i've never noticed any downtime for the service. Very pleased with the service and would happily recommend it to anyone.

I have been using this conference calling system for years and love that I can have my own "room" without having to pay to have that number. The International calling and Post Pay options are very helpful when you want to look good for clients. The only drawback is I need more countries (Greece!).
Whenever I have needed service - which is hardly ever because it's all so easy - the people have been friendly and responsive.

I needed clarity on which was the most cost effective dial-in number to use from a country which doesn't have a dedicated number. Mike was extremely helpful and was able to provide a breakdown of the alternative numbers available and the associated costs for both the company and the guest caller, which was exactly what I needed.
