I found that this company along with this Card provides a great service for people who have a small credit score and wish to get back on track. I appreciate being given the opportunity.

This company gave me credit with an Indigo card. After I paid it off in full, their system took TWO more payments out of my checking. It was not set on auto pay. Each time cost me $40 fee with my bank. The Concora representative said there was nothing they could do (a foreigner), so I CLOSED my credit card account. Stay away from Concora Credit!

The company is horrendous. The Customer Service is even worse. They lied to my face three different times about sending out a card then saying they didn’t have my correct address but then when I had them read it back to me they had my right address if y’all thinking about this card, I would strongly urge you not to terrible Customer Service waiting on the line takes forever terrible. Terrible company.

Got approved for $1000 credit limit with Concora Mastercard and NOWHERE was there any note that I was going to be charged $250 fee right away! I will close the account immediately and if necessary get a lawyer involved. This is ridiculous... I am beyond disappointed and furious.

This company is terrible. I paid $700 in payments that never got posted to my account. They claim it was a "random" credit hold but can't tell me why. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They are a scam company and they will only steal your money. Shame on Credit Karma for allowing them to advertise on their app. DO NOT USE CONCORA!

My balance is ZERO...I do not use my CC...Concora's app is a joke...I enter my correct user name & PW but always get errors...I discoved Concora is also a collection agency..maybe they have too many cooks ruining the broth? My advice to them...seperate your collections from credit cards...you are a joke.

They are a disgrace. I called them for some help on my Ashley Credit Card to change my due date. I make my payments every month.
They are rude and they really don’t care about there customers
My experience with Concora Credit (issuer of Indigo card) was very disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Subject: Urgent: Issues with My Indigo Mastercard
Dear Concora Credit Team,
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the issues I have encountered with my Indigo Mastercard (Card Number: 5343 4806 1573 5312). While I appreciate the business relationship I have built with Concora Credit, my recent experiences have been nothing short of unacceptable.
I have always made my payments on time and have valued my accounts, including my to destiny, Mastercard, Kay jewelers account and Indigo account. However, several months ago, I reached out to inquire about my Indigo Mastercard balance because I was consistently making payments but not seeing any decrease in the balance. I never received statements for this account, which led to confusion and concern.
During my call, a team member informed me about several charges that I did not recognize. Following this, I disputed those charges and requested a new card. I discarded my old card, expecting the new one to arrive promptly. Unfortunately, I had to call back multiple times regarding the status of my card and the dispute. After much delay, I finally received my new card a couple of weeks ago, activating it shortly thereafter.
However, just yesterday, I faced a humiliating situation when my card was declined at a department store for a $97 charge. This incident forced me to retrieve my wallet from my car, adding unnecessary inconvenience to my day. Following this, I contacted Concora Credit for clarification, only to be informed that there was a restriction on my card, which was subsequently lifted.
I then attempted to use my card at Walmart's Vision Center for a more significant purchase, only to face another decline. Despite assurances that my card was active, I was left embarrassed and frustrated once again. The merchant confirmed that the decline was from Concora Credit, not their system.
I demand to know why I was issued a card that has proven to be worthless and has caused me considerable embarrassment and inconvenience. This is not how a business should treat its customers. If this matter is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly.
I expect a prompt response addressing these issues and a clear explanation of why I have been subjected to this unacceptable treatment.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
[Angela Kennedy

I have 4 credit cards totally $2300 that I use with Concora Credit. With one I just recently was approved for that didn't say there was a $250 transaction fee attached to the approval. Other than that I have nothing but positive reviews for this company. Been disabled the last 2 years and this is the ONLY card where the credit protection pays down the balance.

I am writing to bring attention to a critical issue regarding my account, which involved unaddressed billing fraud and severe employee misconduct within the Concora fraud department.
Below is the exact timeline of events:
Late May 2026: I opened a line of credit at the Plymouth, MN Home Depot store to cover a remaining balance of $10.74.
June 7, 2026: I paid off the entire $10.74 balance. I assumed my account balance was zero at this point, because it should have been!
Late June 2026: I received a statement showing a fraudulent charge of $931.14 posted on June 6, 2026. This transaction occurred at the St. Louis Park, MN Home Depot store. I have never been to this location, nor did I authorize this charge.
June 27, 2026: I called the Concora fraud department and spoke with an agent named "Hve" for over 30 minutes. She explicitly assured me that the fraud claim was filed, the balance would be cleared, and the account would be closed to prevent future fraud.
July 9, 2026 (Today): I received an automated payment alert. Upon calling Concora, an agent named "Raquella" informed me that the previous agent, "Hve," deliberately failed to file the fraud claim. No record of my June 27th dispute existed in your system.
While Agent Raquella has now reportedly filed the claim, I am deeply alarmed that a member of your fraud team intentionally withheld a fraud report. This failure to act constitutes a severe breach of consumer protection standards and has exposed me to financial liability and credit risk.
I am currently waiting for this matter to be resolved. but wanted to bring attention to this disturbing matter. Agent Hve should have disciplinary action taken against her, as her neglect could have resulted in this fraud balance sitting on my account beyond the allotted number of days given to consumers to file a claim! In fact, I have to wonder if this was the intention, and that is what disturbs me the most. Is your company ethical, or do you intentionally not file fraud claims, but give consumers the impression you do, only to try and stick innocent people with fraud charges?? Are you in cohoots with bad actors, and selling your customers information to them? These are the questions that now remain in my mind after this experience.

This company is a scam. I pay extra on the principal of my credit card every single month, yet my balance never changes. I have paid $5 extra, $10 extra, $25 extra, and so on. My balance has never changed even though I have not used the card in over a year. Never go with this company, they steal your money.

So far I’ve had a very good experience with my Milestone credit card. It definitely helps meet my financial needs.

This credit card is for a moment of desperate action and no options. I will cancel these cards today along with all the thieving fees. I hope concord gets shut down by the ccp for extortion! You think your hands are clean, but in reality you create sorrow in people's lives!

Terrible customer service that is not trained so can't help. They're computer system messed up the day I opened my account and had had a pending $10,000 charge stuck on my account for weeks, then persisted even after I closed the account. On the 7th phone call I was informed there's nothing they can do until 2 business days when the payment is processed, I then pointed out, what I thought was obvious l, that this had been pending for 15 days already. I have multiple credit cards and have taken out many loans and this place is almost a scam, definitely a Joke! Still can't believe this is some legit place, they don't even know how their own system operates.

You know the old saying "read the fine print?" This is absolutely the case with Concera. While they do work with those with credit challenges, that is where the good guy routine ends. In this high speed world, they will not make your credit available to you for 14 days. They say its to insure that funds clear. But we all know real banks have not taken more than 48 hours to process payments in decades. Secondly, they offer over the limit option which sounds good because while you wait half a billing cycle to access the credi they ate holding, something may come up. If you use the card up to anount they offer you over your limit, tack on another $30 plus interest for all of that to your bill. For example. If you have a $43 ,over the limit coushin and use it, that'll be $73 and interst. All other fees are considerably higher than most. This card is strictly for an occasional treat or emergency. If you want functional and practicle, this is not it.
The credit card application was very easy and I have not had any problems using my card anywhere.
