I have 4 credit cards totally $2300 that I use with Concora Credit. With one I just recently was approved for that didn't say there was a $250 transaction fee attached to the approval. Other than that... See more

I have a few credit cards with this credit card company. Started out good, but it has gone down hill. Opened up a new credit card and was promised a certain amount with a certain amount annual fee, and promised a digital card so I could use the card right away. After being approved, I went into the app, and could not find the digital card. I figured it might take a while to load, so I gave it a few hours. After a few hours, I went back and saw that I was charged for 2, that’s TWO annual fees. The annual fees are already quite high, and I still could not find my digital card. So I called. They said that the second annual fee was “accidentally” charged, and was being refunded but was going to take several days. Plus they also told me I was out of luck and that I did not have access to a digital card number and needed to wait to the physical card. I 100% would not have applied for this card if I knew I was going to have to deal with all this, but it has already hit my credit. Still tempted to cancel.
I been a customer (card holder or 3 different cards) with them for years. I never missed payments and have always had a great relationship with them. Today I went to use a card to be denied. I logged into my account to get messages next to my card accounts saying access denied and call a number. I did to be told they put a temporary hold on my accounts and need me to upload my license to then wait up to 72hr to be reopened. They told me they sent a letter saying this was going to happen. I never received a letter or any notice. I have informed delivery with a us post office and get photos of all the mail I will receive and have records for entire year off all my mail and never received any letter. I was also told they couldn’t give me any information on why this happened. I am calling both the attorney general and better business and explain the situation.
This company is a joke,do not do business with Concora Credit!
They don't trust you in any way.
I tried to use this card, but due to the bullshit,I don't know why they are even in business.
Needless to say, I canceled this account because of poor quality of service. They actually blocked my card because I entered the wrong pin number, made me fill out a form, submit a photo ID and still wanted me to wait 3 days to clear the block on my card.
I cut their card up and I'll never contact them again.
Customer service sucks!!!
How does anyone get in contact with anyone for Concora accounts. I was approved for the destiny mastercard it's been more than 10 days. no card cannot get alive person to talk too..
PEOPLE ! BE AWARE ! THIS IS YOUR WARNING FROM UNIVERSE ! I opened a milestone & INDIGO credit card account, I was charged $250 upfront fee in the first day, without, - I REPEAT -WITHOUT receiving the cards yet. Called customer service & ADRIAN said that it would take 14 days to receive the card. so 15 calender days left to use the card before it is time to make a payment by then ... $250 membership fee charged upftont and they CAN'T even ship a credit card with a FAST DELIVERY ! Shame on CONCORA and MILESTONE credit !
I had $500 credit limit and used $468 of it, paid it before due date, cleared from my bank account the next day, but they put a two week hold on my available credit. I can't use the card until their hold is over until approximately next week. If it was like a day hold, that's fine, but 1-2 weeks? This is not a good service.
I accepted a credit card by this company. They charged me a $250 annual fee which I was ok with. but I tried to use the card and I was told it triggered a fraud alert and I needed to speak to a representative. The representative asked me verification questions such as addresses I've lived at and my uncle has lived at. I answered the questions correctly as I know where my previous addresses and where my uncle lives. The representative said I answered them incorrectly and my card was being frozen. I said if you are going to block my card and I can't use it than I have no use for it and just close the account and I'm not paying a $250 annual fee for a card you are not allowing me to use. They stated the $250 cannot be waived. So I am being charged an annual fee for a product I cannot use which is unacceptable and needs to be reported.
This company does NOT want people to pay by mail, BEWARE if you have to send a payment by mail, make sure you get someone to sign for it because this is the 2nd time this company claimed it got lost in the mail !! Now I have been whacked with a very high late fee ! It's my opinion that this tactic is used to discourage paper bills.
Application process was easy. Approval was quick. Received my card within two weeks. Activation was quick on the app and I was able to use it right away.

We've been consistent at making payments bi weekly. Lately it's been absolutely horrible and we have to wait up to 10 to 14 days in order to use the card again after making a payment.. I understand 24 to 48 hours but I don't understand 2 weeks when oftentimes people are relying on that credit card for food. It's a super sleazy thing to make people wait that long when they rely so heavily on the credit card for food and necessities for their family.
This card is a scam..had me unfreeze my credit report just to deny me. Bunch of idiots

Terrible experience thus far. Hidden fees and such trouble just to start. Was approved for the card 2 months ago and still can’t use it.. now there’s a block on it? Come on, it’s a tiny line of credit. Why such the hassle? The terms and conditions were not clearly stated

I had made a payment of 295.49 on my destiny credit card on July 9th. Payment posted to my account on July 13th. I went to use it this past Wednesday found out it had a hold on until July 19th. Agent could give reason why the hold was on the account. I still was not satisfied with agent response. Called in to speak to a manager. The manager advised fund would be release July19th at 5 am pacific time. I tried to use card to pay for my luggage to return back to home. Still funds are not available. Called in again got agent Nech on the line telling me she can’t locate my payment that I would have to wait until July 22nd to have access to funds. She reached out to supervisor . Supervisor which I didn’t talk to directly advised her to let me know funds would be available in 3 hours. Three hours came still could not process my payment for the checked in bag for my flight back.
Would not recommend. I don’t even use the card anymore, and I’m making extra payments but they keep adding fee’s and cash advances. Annoying actually because I’m trying to pay this shit off and get it off my credit.

While Concora hides behind the lines that they give a disclosure under the application process which is true in part, once you get the card they also use the terms and conditions of the creditor to arbitrarily pass on the cost of payment processor from the creditor to the consumer, by jacking up monthly fee rates in USD amounts, currently they hold at $19.95 a month, they apply this fee for each card they manage despite the amount of credit issued, it can be a card in which they manage payment of a credit line of $300.00, or a card they manage for $1200.00+, and or any other amount. Basically meaning in order to retain their contract with credit issuer (bank), they change the terms as a third party vendor as a payment process provider self incorporated and not the actual creditor, which is grounds for a class action lawsuit, for the unlawful fees increased as a third party vendor incorporated under a seperate contract between Concora and the bank provider, in which no user agreed to sign one contract for multiple entities, as it is hidden under the disguise of a credit card application. This means basically every credit card holder signed an amiguous contract that was NOT clearly disclosed to consumers.
Under TILA, credit card disclosures must be "clear and conspicuous". If the actual functional relationship between The Bank of Missouri and Concora Credit requires viewing a separate business-to-business contract that was never provided to you, they have failed to meet this standard. Legally, they cannot use a hidden corporate servicing agreement to justify charging unpredictable, balance-based fees that were not plainly understandable in the primary consumer agreement.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) explicitly states that a practice is abusive if it uses buried disclosures to limit a person's understanding of a term, or takes "unreasonable advantage" of a consumer's lack of understanding. By crafting a contract where a third party leverages a posted balance to trigger separate billing, they are exploiting a weak bargaining position to harvest fees.
Misleading "Fee-Harvesting"Federal rules restrict cards where total fees consume too much of the credit limit. If Concora Credit and The Bank of Missouri intentionally split their corporate roles specifically to hide these calculations from the consumer's view, courts look past the legal jargon to the economic reality of the deception.
Filing an Official CFPB Complaint is the best measure across all states concora and a particular bank creditor issued credit with.
Then a class action and continue, both parties are at fault not only Concora, but the specific creditor issuer as well.
As end note this also means Concora is pillaging an extra credit risk and potential consumer default loss of the creditor/potentially federal Reserve credits and interest(s) loss within the banking system. We are under attack as a nation folks.
These Payment processing providers that increase fees NOT under contract just to pay their damn bills are by design to destroy our banking institutions slowly family by family, individuals by individuals. A slow death of the Second realm of Rome, who only wanted to take the best of Rome, and leave out the worse, yet were baffled trying to figure out the good and bad of capitalism, and nobody wants to be found at fault, thus the guilty can walk away without any fault and pay themselves free to start again another round under a different entity.
Every time a payment such as Concora incorporates the original agreement to increase their fees it increases the risk of payment/default of a consumer, banks wake the fk up my old friend(s). One paycheck away because of inflation, or one cent of intelligence? You decide Bank Of Missouri.
The credit service poorly a service. They are not customer friendly, they protect their bottom line. I am hoping they customer support better in the future.

SCAM! Do not sign up with them whatsoever. I was blindly approved for something, when I was supposed to be offered. And what was I offered? $300. And what is the ANNUAL fee for the first year? $75! Needless to say, I will not be activating that card and will close that account.
