Not very helpful I have the pm4 and wanted to commect to a app to play the rowing games while rowimg.. bought the lead so could ckmnect as doesnt have bluetooth but they have stopped updating it so I cant use the app woth my pm4 monitor... gutted eith this experiance just bought the pm4 recently so dont want to shell yet more money out for the pm5.. wish I stuck to a water rower now 😕

Wanted to upgrade my rower model C. Customer services found what i needed, put together a quote and sent the items very quickly. Elisa even sent me different footstraps for free after i thought I'd been sent the wrong items ( turns out you just cut the footstraps to fit and reposition the hole for the securing nut.)
Concept2 are by far the best and most fair priced company i have ever dealt with.

We purchased a cycle-erg recently. Excellent service from C2. Item delivered within days and placed in area as requested, easy assembly, highly recommend C2 all equipment is excellent. (our row-erg is 20 years on only 1 new seat and 2 sets of shock cord replacements in all that time, Brilliant)!
Faulty BikeErg
My BikeErg unfortunately had problems which weren't satisfactorily resolved, resulting in C2 offering to send me a new product. Huge shoutout to Jonny from the UK Support Team for his tireless assistance throughout the process, he's a credit to the company.

First rate service
First rate service. Had an issue with a slightly wobbly handlebar post on my old ex gym Bikeerg. Sent a video of the issue to Jonny and was sent the new parts in a couple of days. So refreshing to know there are still companies (and their teams) out there that care about customer service.
Renting equipment
My first experience with concept 2 directly and couldn't have asked for a better service, I rented 10 rows,10 ski & 4 erg bikes. The communication was brilliant and this order was dealt with very fast on a tight timescale. The kit was collected in perfect working order and had no issues at all with the kit or the supplier. I would recommend to use and will definitely be using the service again myself
Amazing Machine and fantastic customer service
I use concept equipment at home and eagerly waited for the Strength Erg to arrive.I had a small issue with this machine and the customer support in the USA Ezra and the UK Jonathon has been totally brilliant, they advised on a couple of things to try and always got back in touch with me when they said they would. Everything is fine now and I would definitely recommend buying the Concet Strength Erg. Thanks Concept and I will see you again.

I wanted to record my gratitude and thank the team at Henley servicing oars etc. for re-gripping my sculling blades. They offered useful advice in terms of suitable grips and once I had selected the grips I wanted, set about replacing them - for no charge! I used the blades yesterday and the grips are superb. Poor display
Poor display. Impossible to set and monitor drag factor ie resistance without stopping rowing to change display.
Fantastic customer support
I bought the BikeErg and my thoughts are that it’s built like a tank and will last forever. The monitor is simple to use and well thought out. Even the assembly has been made painless and all tools are supplied.
However, I am not a cyclist and after a while of use I decided to return it under the 30 day money back guarantee. I was expecting it to be difficult but it was exactly the opposite. Customer service could not have been more helpful so they get a 100% from me.
If you’re in doubt you have a 30 day trial period and a fuss free return.

Fantastic Customer Service and Product
The whole team was exceptionally helpful and supportive to work with for an event using Concept II machines. I couldn’t recommend Concept II more for anyone who is looking for a reliable machine to exercise on. I would not use any other machine for rowing as it truly reflects accurate information for power output and subsequently provide clear feedback on your fitness journey.
Brilliant service
I've owned a Concept 2 row erg since 2008 and never really had a problem or the need to contact customer support. It's been a brilliant machine, but clearly suffered some kind of failure last week when I started to row. I initially contacted via Chat but was soon in touch with Elisa in Nottingham. I submitted some photos and within minutes the problem had been diagnosed and a significant new part was on its way to me at no charge. Really, really good service and reinforces Concept 2's reputation as brilliant in their after-sales service - even 16 years later.
5* customer support and service
I turned up today at C2 HQ for help with spares (call ahead is my advice to others - might not have FOH staff) and Elisa was an absolute superstar. Despite my unannounced arrival, she helped me troubleshoot (on the phone!) my model of rower, PM3 computer fault and even better coordinated new PM5 device purchase and someone brought it out to the car. This is above & beyond customer help; in a world of tech giants that don’t offer real-person support. Brilliant - 5* from me *****
