Don't waste your money. I paid $42 for a pair of compression socks. Every lint bug appears on my socks which is most difficult to remove. Don't buy!
I never received the delivery. After one month of placing the order, the tracking number still shows the items status as "shipped" and no other updates.
I have emailed the company twice, and they have not responded. They have no phone number provided and no live chat. Terrible customer service, and a terrible business that does not deliver items.
Do not buy from this company. It's a scam. They are stealing your money at this point.
Socks never arrived. I asked for a refund and they sent a gift card for the amount I paid minus shipping. I don't plan on using the gift card, I would have preferred a refund to my debit card. I even paid a fee for free returns at the time of purchase.
I ordered a three pack of compression socks on November 10. I received my order on November 17. Sometime in the following week I tried on one pair of the compression socks. They were so incredibly tight. They cut off circulation and left deep indentation in my legs. I am a 5 foot one, 110 pound girl so weight is not the problem. I requested a return on December 11. I was denied my request because they said it was outside the 30 day window. I argued rightfully that I received my order on November 17 and thus was still within my window. They refused to accept my return. So not only do they make a garbage product. They have fraudulent business practices.
Ordered some socks online. I did not receive them. The delivery driver photo was not my address. I explained it to them and my emails have been getting ignored. I am mad that they don’t stand behind their statement customer satisfaction. And I lost my money shopping on their website.
Horrible, if been trying to reach them via phone, email,chat. No one calls you back, responds to emails, and worse yet, no one answers the chat service. DO NOT BUY!
Tracking info was provided after delivery which I never received the package. They were supposed to send a replacement package, no tracking number ever sent. I have emailed the company several times, plus left a voicemail. No response and it's been over 1 week since I last reached out to the Company. Horrible customer service. I am currently out $70. Buy at your own risk!
Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Confirmation email says it will ship within 2-3 business days. After 5 business days I reached out. An AI chat bot replied saying they were looping a human into this email to hemp me…they did not loop anyone in. I’ve sent 4 additional emails and left a voicemail. I heard back from someone who assured me they would find out where my order was in the warehouse (over 24 hours ago). Never heard back. Sent another asking for an update or a refund. Crickets. Going to have to contact my cc company.
