Really impressed. Staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and kept me updated on how my laptop was doing. Very affordable prices. I have been there twice now with issues with my laptop, both times they have fixed it and also have cleaned my laptop as well so it looks like new. They also replaced a key which was missing without me asking which I was really impressed with. Will definitely be recommending to anyone with computer or laptop issues.

My 15 year old laptop died over a weekend and I phoned and spoke to Matt to see if he could have a look for me. I thought it would be too small a job but he took it on and phoned me later in the day to say it appeared the hard drive had failed but he would investigate further. He phone me promptly the next day to say it was END for laptop. I went to settle up and was told no charge as it couldn't be fixed. Its very refreshing to come across Companies with this business ethic. I would recommend Computrix to anyone.

My son managed to spill some water over his MacBook Air and it stopped working. No problem, we thought, it will be fixed on its John Lewis 3 year warranty, so off it went to be fixed. They called back saying that the warranty was void because of water damage (fair enough I suppose) but they wanted more than £1000 to fix it. I was incredulous as this is more than the computer cost new.

So I took it to Computrix who fixed it within 24 hours for the princely sum of £175 inc. VAT. Now that's what I call service. Well done chaps, and shame on John Lewis for their attempt at gouging the gullible.
