Horrible service
I ordered a gaming desktop through computer galaxy's website on a Tuesday before 15:00 (to be able to get next day delivery) However, 2 days later, I had not even received a track and trace code yet, so I decided to call them. On the phone they let me know the delay was due to one part not being available, so I was asked to pick a different part then and there. So instead of for instance calling me when they found the part was unavailable, they just did nothing / wait for me to call. When I finally did receive the PC, 6(!) days later, the disc drive was not installed, even though it is clearly mentioned on my receipt. So... I called again. They gave me their apologies and would call me back to give me a 'fitting solution'. You guessed it: They never called back. Horrible service.
Edit: After leaving this review, all of a sudden Computergalaxy does know how to call back their customers. They offered to send me an external disc drive. However, since they took so long to respond I was forced to just buy one elsewhere, even though they owe me one since it is clearly mentioned on the receipt but not in my PC. Instead they gave me an extended warranty, but in my opinion it was too little, too late. The 1 star rating stays.
