The company is awesome ,great service…

The company is awesome ,great service ,almost immediate shipment and delivery! Although the Apple product does not work as expected :( Not sure if I have any warranty for it :(

A real deception

I bought a TV that came with a defect due to poor workmanship.
They have made me go round in circles about consulting Samsung about the warranty, which doesn't make sense because it's not a technical fault but a poor finish.
The way I see it, it seems very unprofessional for a company to sell a poorly finished product and then offer a technical service. They shouldn't deliver a poorly finished product and if they do, they should change it immediately.
This is how this company operates.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the product you received did not meet your expectations in terms of finish. While we agree that this is far from ideal, Samsung has reviewed the case and determined that the issue must be addressed through their authorized service process. As a result, the product needs to be sent in for inspection and repair by their technicians.

We understand this may not be the solution you had hoped for, but we are obliged to follow the procedures set by the manufacturer in order to resolve such cases correctly and in accordance with warranty terms.
