Catchy price - sorry, we can not sell for that price.

I have ordered a heater for my bathroom from compumail.dk. The delivery time seemed long, but the price was good and reviews were reputable. Of course, today I get an email, that this was a buy option, not an actual purchase. Is this the stock market?
At the same time, I missed buying it from an official Xiaomi webpage, which is sold out. Now I can purchase the same product for double the price.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the disappointment regarding your purchase. The item you bought was a supplier stock item and unfortunately not part of our own warehouse stock. When we placed the purchase with our supplier at the listed price, we were informed it had already sold out. This meant we unfortunately had to cancel your purchase, as we could not deliver the item at the advertised price once it was no longer available.

We understand the frustration this has caused — especially with the product now being more expensive elsewhere. We’re continuously working on improving how supplier stock is shown on our site, so situations like this are avoided in the future.

I am not satisfied at all with my…

I am not satisfied at all with my shopping experience.
Immediately after placing an order for a gimbal, I wanted to edit the delivery method, but there was no option to do so.
It was 6 PM and there was absolutely no customer support available — no chat, no phone, and no email response.
I placed a second order with the correct delivery method and requested the cancellation of the duplicate order via both email and SMS.
Despite leaving a message and sending an email, the next morning both duplicate orders were shipped to me, and the amount was charged from my account.
There is no proper customer service or support.
After the shipment, the only response I received was “we are sorry, but the item has been shipped.”
Customer service and after-sales support are absolutely not good.

As our customer support was closed at the time of your request, we hope for your understanding that our service is focused on processing and shipping orders quickly — which often means that changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.

Unfortunately, in this case, both orders had already entered the shipping process before we could act on your cancellation request.

You can simply reject one of the parcels, whereas it will be returned for credit.

Punctuality and accuracy

I placed my order on the evening of 22 July. Early the next morning, I received a notification that the shipment would be delivered that day. The purchase was carefully packaged, protected from damage, and contained all the necessary documents.

Super fast delivery

Super fast delivery. Ordered a new pc case last night, and it was delivered this afternoon. Excellent price and the case arrived in great condition.

Very unprofessional customer service

Very unprofessional customer service. I had issues with the delivery due to them not adding my name and details to the order (as confirmed by Postnord). Instead of apologising, the customer service just hung up the phone on me when I asked for help. Will never order from them again.
