Sends out wrong product

Compu-mail sent me the wrong product (a Apple Watch with only GPS when I have ordered GPS & Celluar) even if their order confirmation & følgeseddel has the right product.
They are still selling the right product on their site but cant send it to me for the price I paid for it.
They offer me to be able to return the product I’ve nevered ordered and give my money back, so nice of them…

Good price. But wrong colour.

Product works as expected so far. Good price. But wrong colour. I ordered a purple Nokia G42 and I got a pink one. It did not bother me enough to try and get it exchanged. But it does not leave a good impression if you don't deliver the correct product.

Would have mailed them about it, but they don't have contacts listed for it.

Crazy fast shipping 👍

Crazy fast shipping! Ordered it on wednesday 13:00 and arrived on Thursday at 10:15. 😲
Not to mention that the price was the best in whole Denmark.

We are but simple resellers, that buy and sell new products. We do not open every single product, put them in test systems, just to re-seal and sell them as used items.

As such, when an item is defective, you have 2 years warranty, where you can send the item back for service or replacement.

We hope you understand, that there will always be a fault margin, that is unavoidable, and that we as resellers, do not have anything to do with the manufacturing of the item.

From ordering to delivery

From ordering to delivery, all went really great 😊 and really fast too. Delivery was less than 12 hours from ordering my lawn mower. The placement of my parcel was well placed after delivery, so not right away in plain sight of people on the street. I can highly recommend this company and order again in the future.
