Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
There was a mix up in sending back their equipment that was hired for a course. I included an item of my own instead of their item. When I realised the mistake I contacted them to correct it. I was ill at the time and took a couple of weeks to return their item. They said they would not send mine back until they got theirs first. I sent it as soon as I could.
It's been months and they still haven't sent back mine. I was assured a number of times that it would be sent out and it never was. They were fobbing me off. Now they are declining calls and not answering messages. There are plenty of good tech companies in Ireland, don't bother with these guys.

Priceless

We had originally hired from Compuhire 2 laptops for a stand at a Exhibition, which when I arrived at 8.20am, Wesley (from Compuhire) was there and had set up, even though the stand hadn’t been finished. He stayed around the Exhibition until late morning and in my hour of crisis helped organize 2 AV screens which were delivered and installed within the hour. Brilliant! He was calm and collected and very reassuring, which on top of the efficiency was a huge help that morning.
We have used Compuhire for our AV needs over the years because they are reliable, efficient and good value. But my recent experience was priceless. And as they say, . . . .
. . . for everything else there's Mastercard!
Take a bow Compuhire!

CompuHire Review

We used CompuHire for the first time when the pandemic hit and knew we would have to work from home. Paul advised me what we would need and the laptops were delivered to us the following morning. When our Managing Director needed a laptop before the lockdown restrictions, Wesley promptly delivered it to his home and set it up, spending time installing the required applications. We would highly recommend CompuHire for your audio visual needs. They are very efficient and the price very competitive.
