Wir haben die Firma Compredia GmbH im Jahr 2003 gegründet, um europaweit Druckerzubehör, insbesondere Tintenpatronen und Toner, an Geschäftskunden zu verkaufen. Unser Ziel ist es, immer ein bisschen besser als die Konkurrenz zu sein. Das schaffen wir, in dem wir viel Liebe in Details stecken, die unsere Webseite noch ein bisschen informativer und Ihre Bestellung so einfach wie möglich machen. Unser Sortiment umfasst mehr als 10.000 Produkte und deckt damit fast sämtliche der lieferbaren Druckerverbrauchsmaterialien ab. Abgesehen von Druckerpatronen und Toner finden Sie bei uns selbstverständlich auch noch weitere Artikel wie Trommeln, Fuser, Resttonerbehälter, Etiketten und Beschriftungsbänder und sogar Farbbänder für Nadeldrucker oder Schreibmaschinen. Neben den gängigen Produkten populärer Hersteller wie HP, Brother und Epson führen wir auch Artikel für ältere Geräte bzw. Produkte, die häufig vor Ort nicht (mehr) erhältlich sind, wie zum Beispiel: Brother AX Schreibmaschinen Bänder, Sharp Toner, Utax Toner, Xerox Toner und viele weitere.

Half a year and no delivery

I ordered toners in the summer of 2022 and has still only received 1 out of 4 ordered toners. It has been half a year and I have reminded them many times. I know they are usually slow, but this is incredible. They say I haven¨t picked parcels up from UPS, bit I have not received any notice from UPS that there would be anything to pick up. Now they seem to say they don't want to deliver to me but pays my money back. I actually think they never really sent me the order in the first place. I don't want my money back, I want the goods that I ordered!
