Composite Doors Cardiff Limited Reviews 

Placed an order for a door on 26 September 2023 which after a 2 1/2 week wait for a survey the order was progressed.
Trying to get a delivery date proved problematic with delays due to COVID, Brexit and the war in Ukraine just a few cited as reasons why.
Having blamed the supply chain an expected date of the end of January 2024 was given a few days before the Christmas break.
On checking again on 8 January I was told that people were ill (from the office) and the person at the door manufacturer (company name omitted, my choice) who was responsible for updating orders was also sick (?) so no info could be obtained. This continued another week before an assurance of ‘the end of January’ was received.
In fact, quite the opposite happened as an emotion laden email was received on the morning of 24 January announcing that the company had gone into liquidation and pointing out the details of the Liquidators (whom I duly contacted) to try and obtain my deposit or suggesting I contact my credit card company for same.
I have well recorded email files on all of this.
I notice the website is still ‘open for business’ for doors and if you want windows you can get from the same address. Handy.
So, overall, I really cannot offer too much praise after the order was taken as it got rather difficult thereafter.

We received really good advice on the right doors and windows for us. The fitters were friendly and very tidy workers. We're really pleased with the end product and would definitely use Composite Doors Cardiff again. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our new front door. The guys fitting it we're friendly & professional, they cleared away any mess and took it away with them.

Just four hours to finish doors installation and left in spotless cleaness.

Excellent customer service and really happy with my door. I took a long time deciding on which type of composite door. I was given plenty of patient assistance at the showroom despite spending ages dithering over the glass styles for door and asking a million questions. Everyone i dealt with was friendly and helpful and all communications were answered really quickly. The appointment for the fitting was exactly on time. The fitters even bravely worked alongside wasps that had taken residence near the door that i hadn't noticed till the morning of the fitting! Am really happy with the door. It looks really stylish outside and inside, feels solid and secure and i no longer have to worry about draughts.

Everything was dealt with very professionally, from viewing the products in the showroom to ordering, delivery, installation and after sales service.
I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Given my wife and I are pensioners with a reduced income it was essential that when we decided to buy a composite front door we needed to be confident that the company we entrusted our hard earned cash was able to deliver to our high standards.

After carrying out extensive research we chose three companies, all local to us, to view their products and customer service. After careful consideration we chose Composite Doors Cardiff.

From our first meeting with Composite Doors Cardiff we were very impressed with their customer service. Jonathan was very patient with us, showing all the different doors and styles including accessories such as handles, letter boxes and glass. Jonathan has a very high standard of product knowledge and we were amazed at the level of quality of the different composite doors.

We came away confident that we had found the perfect company to supply and fit our door and better still they were local. A few days later Mark visited us to measure up for the new door and ensure there would be no problems. Having been told the delivery date we were pleasantly surprised that the door arrived sooner than expected.

Mark arrived to fit the door and once the old wooden door and frame was removed it became clear that the old cottage revealed that the aperture, for the door to fit in, was not straight or level. Fearing for the worse it soon became clear that this was not a problem for Mark, with his many years of experience and the door was fitted with no problems. What a great guy Mark is, a credit to the company.

We are delighted not only with how the door looks and works but how wonderfully we were looked after by Composite Doors Cardiff. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to replace their doors and windows.

As a returning customer, the service I received from both Rob and Amber was again, simply outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are highly knowledgable, super helpful and affable thus making the shopping experience a pleasure from start to finish. I even had to amend an order at the last minute and Rob was able to accommodate no problem at all.

Composite Doors Cardiff had the most extensive range, and were also the cheapest of all my quotes. They have an excellent website where you can design your door, and also superimpose it onto your house to see what it might look like. They offer suggestions to make the door cheaper such as different materials, or effects on the window. The installation was very professional, and they cleared up after themselves. Overall, very happy with this company, and would 100% recommend them.

Highly recommend Composite Doors Cardiff. Today they fitted an endurance front door and replacement patio doors at my home. From first contact communication has been excellent. During my visit to the showroom Rob explained everything well and promptly followed up with a quote. The team who installed the doors were brilliant, the quality of fit is outstanding and the house was left immaculate. To top this off they were also considerably cheaper than other quotes I got for identical doors. I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Rob and the whole team!

Right from the start the process was made so easy with the easy communication and our bespoke order was easily put together, one of the most impressive things was that the replying to emails was so quick and nothing seems to be any problem with any queries we had

Had three new doors installed back in August - everything was on time and finished to a high standard. Very happy with the quality of the doors and glazing, and the overall fit and finish. Installation team was efficient and tidy, and did a really good job.

Company was straightforward and easy to deal with, and I was kept well informed about everything.

Just recently (February) had to ask for a service call to adjust the doors slightly. Appointment was arranged without fuss, service engineer turned up exactly on time, and made the necessary adjustments quickly and expertly.

Overall very happy with the quality of the products, and the skill and experience of the installation and service team.

I had a new front door and replacement glazing in a couple of windows. Composite Doors Cardiff were great throughout - they were very helpful, patient with my requests to change the designs, and the door was fitted as ordered. They also quickly replaced one of the handles, which had a very small scratch on it after installation. Great service and competitive price, can't fault them at all.

No pressure selling, plenty of time and advice given. Door took about a month from ordering and fitting arranged in a few days. Couldn't fault the service.
