Great customer service and support
Great customer service and support. Just moved house and a kitchen door hinge was broken. It was not straight forward as the hinge connected that door to another door going into a corner. Zara was very helpful identify the correct hinge and speedily sending out a replacement FOC. A level of service not often seen these days. Thank you

Brilliant customer service
Telephoned earlier this week about a cupboard door hinge. Not exactly sure which one I needed from the many choices and reference numbers did not seem to fit with my online search. Zara was patient, knowledgeable and friendly in checking out these references and when we narrowed down the search she readily offered to send for free two sample hinges, which arrived next day and fit perfectly. So I have ordered a pack of 10 more at a very good price in readiness for future need. So refreshing to experience this level of customer service.

Very easy to order what you needed, with follow up emails checking that your happy. Products dispatched and arrived 24hrs later.
The products I ordered were easy to assemble and used on a tactical vest to replace damaged fasteners.

Completely useless! Showing stock they do not have and when I requested a quote they annoy with blabla emails.
As a customer I want a quick quote with their best price and fast execution.
Cannot review their execution as it never got that far.

Don’t have the stock the website says.
Said they had in stock then when ordered and took the money came back to say don’t have it. Refund was prompt but why send me a survey request for an order you couldn’t supply?
