Neil Crane was my Complii representative today, and as a business owner, I only wish I had a whole team of people like him. He was exceptionally professional, punctual, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the visit.
He carried out his work with great care, keeping everything clean and tidy, and demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills by finding practical solutions to any challenges that arose. His attention to detail and positive attitude were truly impressive.
I am extremely impressed with Neil’s performance and can’t recommend him or his service highly enough. He is a real credit to Complii.

Hot/Cold water testing - simple and quick
Jason performed the testing on our hot/cold water, explained what they were doing, and got to work.
Showed the results at the end - was a simple and straight forward test procedure.

Excellent Service by the engineer who came out to Treadmills Business Centre in Northallerton. Extremely friendly and professional, great attention to detail, couldn't of asked for a better engineer. Would highly recommend Logic and they're friendly staff :)
