Adrian has been a massive help throughout the whole process. Very patient and very good at what he does. Doesn’t take anything too serious unless needed and has a laugh. I would 100% recommend Adrian and the company to anyone looking to complete hgv training.

I passed my class 2 hgv first time with complete hgv, thanks to instructor Andy and Adrian for the support would recommend using this place for courses.

Passed my Cat C with the great help from Andrew. Throughout the whole process I was provided with great advice, a calm instructor and a great laugh aswell. I could not fault anything and this would be apparent when passing with flying colours. Would 100% recommend Complete HGV to anybody looking to take the step into the trucking world.

Unfortunately failed my first test, but got a retest booked within 4 weeks. Done the retest today, I’d like to thank Andrew for my initial training and Adrian for the pre-test lesson.

Completed my C1 training with Complete HGV. Adrian was a great instructor who made me feel at ease and comfortable/confident from the start. He gave me all the information I needed to prepare for my test and provided me with constructive feedback throughout my training which allowed me to pass my test first time. I also found the price for this course to be a lot more reasonable than other companies without any compromise to the standard of the training provided. Thank you!

Completed my C+E on my week course in August. Passed first time. Instructor being Ian, straight to the point and very helpful. Learnt what I needed quick time and felt confident going into my test. Something I really thought I'd struggle with, coming from a car straight to my C+E, But had zero problems. Thank you all.

Can’t thank my instructor Tom enough, he was polite, professional and patient over the course of 3 days and did a brilliant job at delivering the course. The course is also fairly priced in comparison to alternative companies👍🏼

I really wasn't that confident about doing my class 1 licence but after a few days out with my instructor Ian I soon gained the confidence I needed to be able to get the pass , with clear instructions and a relaxed attitude, Ian guided me through the process and helped my achieve my class 1 licence, I honestly could not be happier, on top of that the price of rhe 4 day course was brilliant value for money, I can't recommend these guys enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. 10/10.

Complete HGV are amazing trainers and give you the confidence you need to pass your test. Thanks to Tom and Adrian for their skilled advice and direction they make sure you are able to drive these vehicles correctly and safely. Thanks again for getting me through my test and getting a pass.

I had an excellent experience with Rob as my instructor who was brilliant and very supportive. I wouldn’t wish for anything other than having the people I was with during my HGV driving exam journey, Thank you Rob.

I contacted Complete HGV4All in March after I was referred by a friend. I dealt with Sharon from the office and she was fantastic. Very supportive and professional.

My instructor Ray was brilliant. He is the reason I passed first time. He was patient with me but at times he would tell me off because he seemed so determined for me to pass. He was so thorough in his instructions and would pick up any small mistake I made. This made my training so fruitful because I only got 5 minor faults. Thank you Ray.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone wishing to pass their C+E test.

I did my C+E through Complete HGV. The entire process was straightforward, and Andy my instructor was great. Always great at explaining things and managed to get me through all of the tests 1st time. Couldn’t recommend more and thanks to Andy.

Unfortunately and unbeknown to me their HIAB course is not recognised by any of the main UK national accredited bodies (ITSSAR, AITT, RTITB or ALLMI all of which are recognised by employers nationally. I now have to do the 2 day course again with a training provider that covers at least one of the above accredited bodies at a cost of another £640 before I can obtain employment.

A disappointing and very costly outcome. What should of cost just £495 has now cost £1135. There is no shorter alternative than this.

This course certificate holds no value whatsoever.

Please note, even if the trainer is RTITB accredited, the qualification you are getting is not unless specified. Sadly in this case it was not explained to me so I will be looking to pursue a claim for being missold.

Logic would dictate to either explain this or offer a course recognised so the trainee is aware before paying for a course which holds no recognition to any future employer.

Complete HGV 4all is a fantastic training company.
Every instructor is so knowledgeable I failed my test and had different instructor on each occasion. I was a little worried as you get comfortable with the person you first train with absolutely no need to worry. I have said before in a post HGV 4all adapt to your learning requirements and are with you every step because of this I passed my class 1 license on the 24/06.
This is a company that cares about its clients and dosent give up on you.
Even if you fail what ever license you are going for keep training with complete HGV 4ALL.
(Tip) if you have never driven a hgv and are going from car to this even if you pass get some extra training in it’s well worth it I am in the process of booking 4 hours extra training for reversing between trailers as in the real world this is what we will have to do.

I passed my class 2 first time in Northampton today 20/06/24. I had a great trainer in John who I can’t thank enough, he explained everything brilliantly and is a credit to Complete HGV. I highly recommend and I know who I’ll be doing my training with if I ever decide to do my class 1 in the coming years. thanks again
