Delivery problems
Nothing wrong with Complete Care Shop. I have used them before with no problem. This time the item came from one of their associated companies, who altered the address, using one of the computerised lists and then left the parcel outside in pouring rain. It was in a cardboard box and sodden when found, by chance. No notification of delivery. Fortunately the contents were plastic and only wet.
