Repeat customers, well priced, great customer service
We are repeat customers. Products are quickly delivered and well priced. Our most recent order demonstrated their excellent customer service too - I placed an order for a pH testing kit and had to pay for delivery as it was a small order and we needed it quickly. However, we quickly realised that we did also need some fish food so I contacted complete aquatics and they agreed to add the pH testing kit to our fish food order and refund our postage fee. This was done immediately. Thank you.

Very nearly got sucked into buying from this firm.
They advertise Tetra pond pellets mini for
£5.58 plus £3.25 delivery. THEN
When you go to purchase, the delivery charge jumps
to £4.49.
Probably not illegal, but certainly immoral.
Take care buyers.

The layout of products on the website was confusing. A list with small pictures and sizes would have been easier than scrolling across the page.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company , ordered my tank and picked the click an collect option , they kept my updated all the way and when I arrived at the store the staff member I dealt with was brilliant, it was a older gentleman and he was so helpful he give me some great tips and carried my new tank to my car will defo be using this store in future
