Do not use. Awful company. Ignored all attempts at communication over email, text, phone, and facebook messenger. Only replied with bizarre, flirty messages, and a statement of illness, but no recognition of change request or cancellation. Bizarre how someone is too ill to send an email has the energy to send out the costume. Outfit still sent despite cancelling due to lack of comms / trust. Frustrating experience, run by someone incredibly greedy. I am still awaiting any form of refund or deposit back.

Absolutely terrible company still no refund took our money no costumes and went to ground making up some fabricated excuse on email DO Not Use This company!! My husband even drove to the said address and it’s a block unused flats!! You have been reported

Awful awful customer service. My costume arrived without the two accessories I'd asked for, and I had to pay an additional £3.30 in postage as they'd delivered with the wrong postage stamp.

I wrote to Complete Costumes to ask for a refund for the undelivered accessories and the postage and this is what they said:

"I have just tracked your parcel and it stated that you had received your parcel but there was nothing to state it had gone back to the sorting office and we booked the delivery online with Royal Mail and the postage with paid was the correct amount. The tights and buckles were definately added to your order as accessories are double checked so I don't understand this?"

Basically saying I was lying. I then showed a photo of the additional postage fee, and said again the accessories hadn't arrived.

This was their reply:

"We suggest you make this claim via Royal Mail as they have obviously made a mistake. With regards to the accessories we could have sent you replacements had you contacted us on the 11th March when you received it and we could have sent you some replacements - please see our terms which you agree to when you book"

I don't mind that they made the mistake in postage or missing items out, but how they handled it was just awful. Will never use again.

I used this company for an important event as had read good reviews. Unfortunately the whole experience was awful, Items that were hired were missing.
Terribly disappointing and would not recommend
