I wanted to get the best price for my partners iPhone 6s as he had been offered an upgrade from his mobile network. I did some googling and came across comparemymobile.com who came up with a company who's price was £50 above others. Without using comparemymobile I would of not found the company I am now selling my phone too.

Incorrect reveiw rating
Compare my mobile was really user friendly and that aspect I really liked. I choose the company to sell with based on the review rating supplied by compare my mobile.
Sadly I experienced a lot of issuse with business that I sold with. When I researched that company on trust pilot the reviews were shocking. So I went back to read the reviews on compare my mobile, as I couldn't understand why there was such a difference? The review rating on compare my mobile is actually inaccurate, the correct average rating should be 2 stars.
I raised this issue with the company direct and they advised they cannot amend the rating without first speaking to the company involved. It would seem that compare my mobile is more interested in satisfying a commercial obligation instead of caring for the consumer. I have raised this as an issue with them but as yet I have not received an agreeable resolution.

Stillprice differentials
The whole process is simple and quick, but there are still differentials in the displayed price and what you actually receive.
I still got the best price through your service but what I actually received was a massive 35% lower than displayed when I entered my details. A drop of 35% in less than 15 minutes just means that you have take the prices displayed with a pinch of salt. Correct this and you have the best comparison site on the web.
