I am really not happy
I am really not happy. Having bought an item of clothing, following the size guide on the site, the item was far far too small. I made a request to return it but was basically told “no” …… “find someone to give it to”
Ridiculous. ….. avoid this company - you will be wasting your money

The delivery time is appalling
The delivery time is appalling! I am now I to the 5thweek since I ordered from them and I'm still waiting. Tracking update says my order has been in the UK for nearly a week but no update since. I'm starting to think it's never going to show up.

FAO Victor, Sebastien, Romain. Very poor service, they are refusing me a refund of a part I never received from my order. I am more angry that my custom build order fox dpx2 shock came used and faulty. They have asked for an invoice which I have provided and still no refund. I have been polite and patient but they are now taking the mic. I have full proof and images.

Good experience with my bike purchase there. There was a issue with the slackness in my bike stem some few months after the purchase and they were very helpful in addressing it. Appreciative.
