Absolutely appalling no communication at all I made an order heard nothing so I emailed and received a reply telling me the outfit is custom made so will take longer another week so I waited a week no response emailed and said if it wasn't despatched today I would like a refund the reply was it couldn't be sent so they will issue a refund I had to ask if the refund was immediate as they didn't say I am still waiting what a terrible service this company will not last truly dreadful I have never experienced such poor communication and service ever

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Comino Couture London to warn others. What should’ve been a straightforward purchase turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal.

I placed my order mid March, expecting delivery within the 2–4 working days stated on their website. I even paid £6.50 for delivery. When nothing arrived within the stated timeframe, I contacted them, only to be told that the item was bespoke, which hadn’t been obvious in any way at the time of purchase.

Weeks passed with no updates or delivery. After multiple chases, I received an email saying my order had been delivered. I checked the Royal Mail tracking number, which didn’t exist. When I contacted Comino again, they admitted there had been an error and my order hadn’t actually shipped.

At this point, it had been weeks, and the event I had purchased the outfit for had come and gone. I emailed to cancel the order and request a refund, but received no response. Then, miraculously the same day I sent that email, I got a dispatch confirmation. No response to my refund request, just a notice that it had now been shipped.

When it finally arrived a full month later, the item didn’t appear custom-made at all. The sizing was completely off. I no longer had any use for the outfit, so I returned it, at my own expense (£10) because they insisted on tracked/signed for postage, which I couldn’t risk skipping given how unreliable they'd already been.

I emailed them proof of return and tracking, which showed the item had been signed for, but received no confirmation or response. After yet more chasing, I finally received my refund in mid-May, almost two months after placing the original order.

This entire experience was a complete shambles from start to finish. The communication was poor, timelines were misleading, and the customer service was nearly non-existent. Honestly, I’m surprised I even got my money back, I was ready to raise it with my bank.

I would never recommend buying from Comino Couture London. I wasted so much time and energy chasing an order that should’ve been simple. Hopefully, this helps someone else avoid the same mistake.

One of my favorite online fashion experiences to date. Excellent quality, prompt delivery, and first-rate customer service. I felt gorgeous and self-assured in my new attire. I will most certainly suggest it to friends.

Please can you refund my money I've been waiting over a year for a refund of over £500. I used to trust this company implicitly, I've been a customer since the beginning I feel so let down.

Okay it’s good that I got a partly refund but it was only 25% better that nothing on my order but it too 3 months for it for finally get ship! Unbelievable when I ordered in the end of December and still haven’t got my order in the end of march! When delivery should be 2-4 days delivery. Bad service from Comino Couture. Wouldn’t buy from here ever again! Shocking customer service. It doesn’t take months to get my items delivered. I try to email them and hardly get a response.

I had tge best customer service today, I made a mistake while ordering a dress, I had forgot to add the discount code. I was in a panic, and thought I would email the company. My response from them was so quick, they sorted out everything, even changing the colour of the dress, and giving me my refund. I will definitely shop with them again in the future. The dress was lovely. Well worth the hassle.

I only received a partial refund for my order. I was promised a bespoke fitting for one dress, but it arrived over two weeks late (despite a 3-5 business day promise) and was not bespoke—it was a standard dress, not my size, for which I paid an extra £30. I quickly returned the dress, and while customer service initially responded promptly, the process soon turned frustrating. 2 out of 3 dresses were returned, but I had to repeatedly chase for a refund. One dress was refunded after two months of effort, but the bespoke dress refund never came. I ultimately had to raise a dispute and chargeback through my bank to get my money back.

If you order from this company, beware of three things:
1. Sizing may be inaccurate.
2. Returns can involve a lengthy and exhausting process.
3. Keep all correspondence, tracking receipts, and chats—they’re essential for disputes.

It’s such a shame I have to part ways with this company. Like many others, I’ve shopped with them in the past and had no problems, but this experience really took its toll. The trust has evaporated.
