Placed a pre-order which was stated would be delivered in Q1 which is jan to march, no info of being delayed or anything, paid in full, requested to cancel numerous times and was told they will keep 10% of my payment which is fair enough but the remaining balance will be given in store credit, i told them as the figure didn't get delivered in the promised time frame i should be refunded the remaining amount, after getting ignored numerous times and not even replying to my request for refund i was tired of the back and forth of messages i just told them 'just cancel my order !' My request was totally disregarded and i just recieved emails about 'store policy' each time i emailed not mentioning about me asking for a refund, so now i have £90 sitting in comic and cocktails account which i have to spend or lose !

This is a great website. Straight forward and easy to navigate. And I always manage to find something.

C&C are my go to figure shop. They have a great range of products, competitive prices and ship securely and quickly.

Delivered in the timescale quoted. Items came well packaged and in the condition you would expect.

As they are a presents they remain unopened but as they come in the original packing which appear undamaged all looks good.
