They compare their products to leading brands, they are not even close as far as quality is concerned. The foam is lumpy, you cant run and jump on the 5ft sack, even a light adult would hit the floor through the foam. Tried to return under their 30 day window and it would cost half the cost of the sack to send it back... Stuck with a lumpy bean bag....

I had this comfy sac before. I wanted to buy another one because they are comfortable to watch my NFL games.
Unfortunately, My 1st Comfy Sack Will Be My Last
The furniture itself is about 3 or 4 / 10. I usually live by - "spend your money once". Not this time and I regret it. I tried a LoveSac and it was fantastic. It holds shape better and is more comfortable....
But that's the tip of the iceberg. Comfy Sac never sent me verification of a ship date, although I requested it after a week went by with no word. The Comfy Sack site claims it sends out shipping notice together with tracking number. I wanted to get it indoors on the delivery day. FedEx wound up dropping it outside my door in the rain with no notice and no delivery photo. Very unprofessional compared to West Elm and Wayfair.
I contacted Comfy Sack, which claimed it didn't know why my shipping notification didn't get sent to me. It also started to push blame on FedEx. It was clear Comfy Sack doesn't understand scope of agency. I told them not to email again....but they did. Didn't read it, but on a quick scroll looked to be around a half dozen paragraphs long, at least.
In hindsight, I'm not surprised I received a "How did we do?" email from Comfy Sack immediately after purchase, and well before both the shipping fumble and product delivery. At that point....there was literally nothing to judge on.
I failed to flip reviews to last - first. I now see I'm far from alone in my bad experience. I see Stars 1 - 3 comprise 19% of their reviews. 1 in 5 in that grouping is a lot. And....the complaints are consistent. I can also see these folks like argue and get the last word.....an incredibly poor business model. So I say again to the folks at Comfy Sack.....shut the %$+* up (preemptive).
Any way....think long and hard before you cut price corners and spend on Comfy Sack.

Question for you - what do you believe is "fixable" in this situation?
In my view, there isn't enough lipstick available for this pig. I quickly deduced this is simply one of those times in which it would be necessary to cut bait as a result of poor judgment on my part choosing an inferior product wirh inferior service. Ahh...such is life; however, there is something of a silver lining....
I know someone interested in a Malinois as a Christmas gift, and I believe Comfy Sack would befit such a noble creature. Under the circumstances, I believe re-gifting to be completely appropriate.
I'm here on Thanksgiving Day to respond for one reason only - we (consumers) are the final say on how our hard earned money is spent, and we owe this duty to one another. Nothing contained herein is opinion.

Lounge bean bag is super comfortable. Easy to setup. Worst part was waiting for it to fluff up.
It was suspenseful like 1986 waiting for it to get here.

compy sack arrived with not anuff foam
ordered 7ft comfy sack when it arrived i weighed the package as past reviewers have said items have come with not enuff form the weight on ur website for item was 99 lbs when i weighed it the weight was only between 65 - 68lbs it was missing between 30 - 35lbs of memory form i unpacked it did your assemble instrustios flipping rolling it over twice a day for 6,7,8 days and it still looks flat when i sit in it i hit the floor so that is why i can only give this a 2 star rating but if you can send more memory foam the amout mentioned above and it fixs the problom ill change it to a 5 start rating

The bean bag is huuuggge
The bean bag is huuuggge! Lots of room for an adult! The New York Red cover is soft and beautiful.
Will need space for this item but it is comfortable and worth having. Our adult son stretches out on it and falls asleep often in it. Our cat also enjoys it too 😄
Disappointed in the changes made
We had a 6 foot comfy sack about 8 years ago that was wonderful. It was fluffy and light. Easy to move and very comfortable. I slept on it for a few years. We used to love to jump on it and sink in. It was like a cloud. We had to get rid of it when we moved into a smaller apt. Last year we moved again and bought a new comfy sack. This one is awful. They must have changed the formula. The foam they use now is very lumpy, heavy, hard, and gets too compacted. It is hard to fluff and very uncomfortable. If you jumped into it you would probably hurt yourself because it is so hard. You can feel the lumps through the cover. It’s such a disappointment.
